Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop ETL processes for claims, enrollment, provider, and member data

Handle EDI transactions (837, 835, 834) and health plan system integrations

Build data feeds for regulatory reporting (HEDIS, Stars, Risk Adjustment)

Troubleshoot data quality issues and implement data validation frameworks

Required Experience & Skills:

5+ years of ETL development experience

Minimum 3 years in Healthcare / Health Plan / Payer environment

Strong expertise in SQL and ETL tools (Informatica, SSIS, Talend)

Deep understanding of health plan operations (claims, eligibility, provider networks)

Experience with healthcare data standards (X12 EDI, HL7)

Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance and PHI handling

Key responsibilities

• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Key skills and experience required

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in relevant field.
• Freshers with Good communication and Interest in sales are welcome.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Experience in Lead generation, email marketing, excel would be preferred.
• Experience managing and directing a sales team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

We are looking for Sales Officers (FMCG) who are energetic, target-driven, and have proven experience in General Trade. The candidate must be capable of handling distributors, achieving monthly targets, and ensuring coverage of 25–30 outlets per day in their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

 Cover 25–30 outlets per day to ensure product availability, visibility, and secondary sales.

 Manage distributor relationships and drive business growth in the assigned area.

 Achieve monthly sales targets consistently.

 Collect and share market intelligence (competitor activity, pricing, schemes).

 Ensure effective product merchandising and placement of POS material.

 Maintain daily sales reports and submit to the manager.

Requirements

 Graduate in any discipline.

 1–4 years of FMCG field sales experience.

 Strong knowledge of distribution network & market coverage.

 Must be ready to cover 25–30 outlets per day.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

 Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.

 Hindi & English both will work.

Skills & Requirements

Technical Experience :

- Net development work experience

- Proficiency in NET Development with Net Core.

- Solid understanding of  Microservices

- Good understanding Azure, Docker and Kubernetes 

- Experience with version control systems GitHub and Bitbucket

• Develop, test, and deploy fast and scalable web apps
• Designing and maintenance of fully functional large relational and non-relational databases
• Timely deployment of web apps on the cloud
• Server management and cloud-based infrastructure
• Establishment and integration of development tools as required
• Identification of application issues when deploying the apps
• App deployment on the cloud along with solving debugging issues
• Coding architecture for frontend and backend

Skills & Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years Experience required.
• Angular 2.0+, Angular 7, Nodejs, .Net 4.0, .Net Core, REST API, Micro services, Networking.
• Distributed server and storage – MongoDB & SQL Server

• Hands on experience in building web-based enterprise applications
• Good working knowledge Angular, Nodejs, .Net Core
• Understanding of cloud technologies
• Direct understanding of application lifecycle; Agile, SDLC
• Proficient in Object Oriented Programming.
• Experience with Networking Concepts.
• Good at API integration, debugging and fixing the issues with API
• Experience in performing SQL queries on a RDMS.
• Operational experience: Troubleshooting and Support
• Ability to work in groups and in independent settings to complete assigned tasks
• Previous experience on IOT Projects will be added advantage
