Job Description:

Looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our Real Estate team! Your main mission? Turn leads into buyers by leveraging online campaigns, on-ground activities, and your own killer network of brokers and channel partners. You'll be the expert guiding prospects through property visits, showcasing our stunning properties, and sealing the deals - all while keeping our brand’s message sharp and consistent.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Follow-up:

Promptly reach out to leads generated through online marketing channels and other on-ground activities and also through your strong network of brokers and CP's via calls, emails, or messages. Consistently maintain communication to nurture relationships and establish trust.

Client Consultation & Needs Assessment:

Engage with clients to understand their specific requirements, preferences, and budget constraints to provide suitable property options.

Property Site Visits:

Coordinate and conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers to facilitate informed decision-making.

Sales Support & Deal Closure:

Guide clients through the sales process, negotiate terms effectively, and work diligently to close deals successfully.

Documentation & Coordination:

Assist clients with documentation, paperwork, and coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure a smooth transaction.

Market & Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on different property listings, market trends, and competitors to provide accurate information and advice to customers.

Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipeline. Provide feedback to the management for overall strategy improvements on a regular basis.

Requirements & Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing.

Experience:

2.5 - 5 years of proven real estate sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on training in Core Java, Advanced Java (JSP/Servlets), and frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
• Design and update course content based on industry trends.
• Conduct assessments, code reviews, and provide personalized feedback.
• Mentor students/professionals in real-world Java applications.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Java, OOPs, JDBC, and Spring Framework.
• Prior experience in technical training or mentoring.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

💥 What will you do?

As a Lead Frontend Engineer, you will

• Own our frontend engineering applications for two products each of which run as independent applications which query our backend systems via REST APIs

• Act as a leader and coach within the front-end engineering team, collaborating with and mentoring senior engineers.

• Collaborate on a daily basis with a small, nimble team of product managers, engineers, and UX designers to understand business requirements and user experience goals and pain points.
• Write and review modular, reusable components and features (React.js / Vue.js) and integrate backend APIs to create a seamless front-end user experience
• Integrate third-party plugins to enhance customer experience. These include 3rd party plugins which provide customer support and analytics plugins that help improve the user experience we provide to customers.
• Actively participate in code reviews
• Work with our quality assurance team to improve coverage on our automated testing suites

While we do not have a strict list of requirements for candidates interested in this role, some indicators that you would fit this role and our engineering culture are 

• Prior experience of a few years (3+ years) with frontend frameworks as React.js or Vue.js would be essential to work on our application stack.

• You actively promote a culture of engineering excellence some of which could be writing efficient code, use of elegant design patterns, and styling your code through code-linting policies.

• You enjoy designing software architecture by collaborating with leads to explore existing systems, determining areas of complexity, potential risks to successful implementation.

• You have an eye for pixel-perfect UI and micro-interactions.
• You enjoy coaching folks to achieve outcomes through nudges.

📢 Other information you may want to consider 

• We will be flexible for the rest of the pandemic and work remotely; however, we are not a remote-first company, and the work location would be Bangalore when things settle.
• Our frontend tech stack includes React.js, Vue.js, Netlify for CI / CD, TestCafe for UX testing, d3.js, and Regraph for visualizations.

- Strong integration and architectural knowledge with Agile methodology

- Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business, Testing Team and systems analysts

- Demonstrated experience in leading medium- to large-scale projects to successful completion and implementation

- Involvement in Team management activities with their own work (like code review, team guidance/mentoring, status reporting)

- Build API’s that integrate with all majors ERP, CRM, and other systems

- Be the first point of escalation for technical issues and resolve issues working with stakeholders

- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and deliver multiple projects simultaneously

• Comfortable with analytics tools like Firebase, MixPanel, CleverTap, etc. and knowledge of SQL
