Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate React.js Developer with 3+ Years of hands-on experience to join our growing team in Gurgaon.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality products.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for clean and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Good understanding of Git and version control workflows.
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Experience with Next.js or any SSR frameworks.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with one or more frameworks, such as Angular, React, or Knockout.
• Experience with TypeScript, ES6/ES2015 a plus.

• Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies.

Job Description:

• Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
• Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
• Identifying web-based user interactions.
• Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using React concepts.
• Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following React.js workflows.
• Understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Familiar with newer specifications of ES6 and RESTful APIs.
• Debugging browser-based and performance testing software.
• Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
• Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
• Monitoring and improving front-end performance.
• Documenting application changes and developing updates.

Reporting Structure:

• This position reports to the Team Leader - Technology.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
• 3+ years of working with complex front-end development in HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Sass/Less, AJAX and JSON.
• 3+ years of working with React.js is a must.
• Knowledge of React tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, Context API, and Flux performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, decision making and technical ability.
