UX DesignerLocation: BangaloreReporting to: VP ProductsWhat is the role?- Craft visual experiences that are user-friendly as well as aesthetically appealing- Produce design visualizations to help everyone understand what the best experience should be: storyboards, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and vision pieces.- Put in place and leverage structures, templates and guides to enable faster turnaround with greater consistency- Be an equal partner and co-own the experience with the product and business counterparts- Process feedback from multiple stakeholders and iterate rapidly and smartly- Bring to work the latest and best design practices, approaches, tools & techniques- Strive for pixel perfection in your designs, and organisation in your work files- Advocate for your design solutions by putting them in context of business and user goals.The ideal candidate: - Has 3+ years of experience in designing enterprise products- Has an opinion on everything design- Possesses Design or HCI degree, or comparable work experience- Has outstanding communication/presentation skills to tell your design stories to fellow designers, developers, and product management- Is self-motivated and driven to get the details right- Has the ability to multi-task on multiple features- Has a Strong aesthetic intuitionDesired Skills :- Solid understanding of visual and user-centered design principles and how to blend and apply them both. - Extremely fluent in Sketch, Photoshop and Illustrator. Branding, illustration, copywriting, photography and motion design skills/experience earn bonus points - Clear communication skills and an ability to tell compelling stories and be able to articulate the rationale behind your design decisions - Passion to simplify products through design - Comfort in a fast-paced, highly-dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders- Solid IA and visual design skills
