We are looking for a highly energetic Account manager who is capable of completely owning the relationship between the company and our host partners as well as achieving the revenue / occupancy / customer experience targets for each property (through a combination of OTA optimization, reputation management, dynamic pricing, offline liaisons and more) Key responsibilities: • Manage the P&L to deliver to the budget; monitor and manage all key metrics for the accounts • Ideate sales promotions with marketing teams, manage website pricing via benchmarking • Maintain excellent relationship with host partners for the company and manage all communication with the host. • Ensure the revenue, occupancy and customer experience target is hit for each property through OTA optimization, dynamic pricing, offer management, reputation management, offline liaisons etc. • Negotiating re-contracting of each existing property and drive host tech adoption Requirements: • Proven experience as an Account Manager in any E-Commerce / Travel & Hospitality company. • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. • Exemplary sales and negotiation skills while having a customer-first approach. • Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively – oral and written. • Demonstrable ability to handle crises. • Deep knowledge of OTA extranets, thorough understanding of functioning of channel managers and online travel industry will be given significant weightage
About the role: We are looking for a young and amazing, data-driven marketeer to own the SEM section of the marketing funnel for our company. (S)he will be required acquire new leads and customers through online pay-per-click and cost-per-acquisition campaigns, and be in charge of all online acquisition marketing, managing the strategy, execution, and optimization across SEM. It would be beneficial for the person to be Google Analytics Certified and further have a knowledge of other PPC platforms. The person will be end to end responsible for scaling up AdWords as a channel for customer acquisition with a laser sharp focus on generating ROI at a per unit level. This means being highly analytical in nature and coordinating with other internal stakeholders to ensure a high conversion ratio of PPC traffic generated. Key responsibilities: • Work towards monthly, quarterly and yearly Digital Marketing department performance targets and ensure that all campaigns are run at the given budget, RoI and deadlines. • Track, measure, and analyse all initiatives to report on SEM ROI • Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns. About the role: Responsible for Wandertrails’ SEO implementation, the SEO Specialist will have to work closely with the Digital marketing team, Content, Creative and Operations team to develop and implement appropriate online strategies for the business’s websites, blog sites, and other pages. Tasked with the improvement of the business’s site visibility and raising the organic search rankings, the SEO specialist will also be responsible for the creation, implementation, and analysis of SEO programs. We are looking for a young enterprising professional with hands on experience in increasing organic traffic multi-fold. (S)he will directly be responsible for the traffic & conversions through organic channel. Key responsibilities: • Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions. Work towards quarterly SEO department performance targets • On page and off page optimization for website and blog including meta tags, meta description, alt tags, URL leaf node, H1, H2, directory submission etc. • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization for the performance of all content (website, blog, other pages). The function takes care of all the technology products used to drive the business and operations at Wandertrails including a developed-from-scratch CRM, Operations portal, Host reservation PWA and most significantly the www.wandertrails.com website. Additionally, the team looks at all integrations between Wandertrails and 20+ partners within and outside the travel industry.
