▪️ Design and build 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 that operate reliably under heavy load

▪️Develop and implement 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦 𝐚𝐥𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐦𝐬 for complex, real-world business problems

▪️Identify and resolve 𝐂𝐏𝐔, 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐲, 𝐈/𝐎, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐤𝐬

▪️Build backend services where 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲, 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐩𝐮𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 are critical

▪️Own 𝐝𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐏𝐃𝐅 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐢𝐩𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 end-to-end, including:

• Composition
• Rendering
• Optimization
• High-volume document generation

▪️Make 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 and take ownership of backend architecture

▪️Mentor engineers by setting 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞

▪️𝟓 𝐭𝐨 𝟏𝟎+ years of strong backend engineering experience

▪️Excellent expertise in 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐉𝐚𝐯𝐚 (𝐉𝐚𝐯𝐚 𝟖+) 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐭

▪️Strong knowledge of:

• Data Structures & Algorithms
• Multithreading and concurrency
• JVM internals and memory management

▪️ Proven experience designing 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦 𝐚𝐥𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐦𝐬

▪️Deep backend experience 𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 / 𝐒𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐭

▪️Strong understanding of:

• API design principles
• Fault tolerance and resilience
• Performance tuning and profiling

▪️Ability to reason about time and space complexity

▪️Solid database fundamentals:

• Query optimization Indexing
• Transaction management

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Data Analyst to join our Chennai team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in T-SQL/PL-SQL, data platform management, and reporting tools, along with experience in database administration and performance tuning. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write complex queries using T-SQL / PL-SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using modern reporting platforms (Power BI, SSRS, etc.).
• Manage and maintain the data platform to ensure availability, accuracy, and security.
• Support database administration tasks including backups, restores, access management, and monitoring.
• Perform performance tuning of SQL queries and databases to ensure optimal response times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting systems.

Mandatory Skills:

• T-SQL / PL-SQL – Advanced query writing and stored procedure development.
• Reporting Platforms – Experience with tools like Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, etc.
• Data Platform Management – Knowledge of modern data ecosystems (SQL Server, Oracle, Azure Data Services, etc.).
• Database Administration – Proficient in handling database maintenance, security, and monitoring.
