▪️ Design and build 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 that operate reliably under heavy load
▪️Develop and implement 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦 𝐚𝐥𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐦𝐬 for complex, real-world business problems

▪️Build backend services where 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲, 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐩𝐮𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 are critical
▪️Own 𝐝𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐏𝐃𝐅 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐢𝐩𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 end-to-end, including:
- Composition
- Rendering
- Optimization
- High-volume document generation
▪️Make 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 and take ownership of backend architecture
▪️Mentor engineers by setting 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Data Analyst to join our Chennai team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in T-SQL/PL-SQL, data platform management, and reporting tools, along with experience in database administration and performance tuning. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write complex queries using T-SQL / PL-SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using modern reporting platforms (Power BI, SSRS, etc.).
- Manage and maintain the data platform to ensure availability, accuracy, and security.
- Support database administration tasks including backups, restores, access management, and monitoring.
- Perform performance tuning of SQL queries and databases to ensure optimal response times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting systems.
Mandatory Skills:
- T-SQL / PL-SQL – Advanced query writing and stored procedure development.
- Reporting Platforms – Experience with tools like Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, etc.
- Data Platform Management – Knowledge of modern data ecosystems (SQL Server, Oracle, Azure Data Services, etc.).
- Database Administration – Proficient in handling database maintenance, security, and monitoring.
- Performance Tuning – Strong understanding of optimizing SQL queries and database performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based data services (Azure, AWS, etc.)
- Knowledge of ETL tools and data warehousing concepts

There is a fundamental unbundling of monolith shopping cart platforms globally for mid-market and enterprise customers, who are moving towards headless (read modular) architecture.
