About the Role
We're looking for a creative Motion Graphics Designer to produce high-quality video content and animations for our global clients across India and the US. You'll work on diverse projects ranging from financial content to digital signage advertisements.
What You'll Do
- Create motion graphics, 2D animations, and video content for advertisements, explainer videos, and digital signage campaigns
- Design and edit video content aligned with client briefs and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with sales teams across India and the US to deliver projects on time
- Coordinate directly with clients to understand requirements and ensure quality standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Stay current with motion design trends and integrate AI-powered tools into your workflow
- Contribute ideas and find ways to improve processes and content quality
- Opportunity to manage and lead a team as you grow
What You'll Need
Required:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and video editing work
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Flexibility with work hours for international client coordination
Nice to Have:
- Experience with AI video tools such as Runway, OpenAI Sora, Midjourney, or Google Veo 3
- 3D animation skills (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar)
- Background in advertisement or commercial video production
- Experience creating content for digital signage
