Roles & Responsibilities: 

● Research, write, and optimize blogs, eBooks, whitepapers, reports, and other long-form content. 

● Collaborate with SEO & design to ensure content is both discoverable and visually engaging. 

● Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, ICP, and lead lifecycle. 

● Ghostwrite or support director-level content (LinkedIn posts, interview-style articles, etc.). 

● Contribute to newsletters, landing pages, and social copy as needed. 

● Maintain quality, originality, and consistency across all formats.  

Must have skills: 

● 3-5 years of experience in B2B content marketing or content strategy. 

● Strong storytelling and writing skills with a portfolio of long-form content and campaign-driven 

copywriting. 

● Understanding of SEO, content funnels, and ICP-based content planning.  

● Comfortable collaborating with designers and subject matter experts. 

● Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 

Good to have skills: 

● Experience in IT services or SaaS domain.

• Complete and end to end management of training and capability building of learners in each cohort and simultaneously running cohorts
• Deep analysis of weekly progress of each individual learner and planning of remediation
• Being a mentor and guide to each individual learner, driving their strengths and addressing skill gaps so each candidate progresses to our standard of excellence in capability
• Planning and ensuring holistic readiness of all learning infrastructure including courseware, platform, labs, projects, domain based contextual learning and business (soft) skills (with support from content and other functions and leadership teams)
• Managing a team of trainers and other resources such as training assistants for optimum resource utilization and delivering best quality industry-relevant training

• At least 10 years experience in training technical areas in computer science and data engineering or cloud
• Experience in managing trainers and managing training operations
• Clear and up to date understanding of job role requirements, talent requirements, especially in data driven technical job roles
• Strong delivery experience will be an added plus

• We are looking for a Senior SRE with a proven track record of success leading complex cloud-hybrid environments. You will have:

• Operational experience in complex distributed and real-time systems, including experience with SLO/SLAs towards high availability,reliability and DR goals.
• DevOps experience in building tools and frameworks, with an understanding of continuous deployment processes.
• Ability to think at scale, bringing a focus on continuous delivery methodologies from design through deployment and operations.
• Experience building and managing systems with tools including Kubernetes, Chef/Ansible/Puppet, Kafka, Docker, and Terraform.

• 5+ years experience in a Software and/or Site Reliability Engineering role
• Experience writing automation code in GoLang, Python or Java
• Experience developing and operating large scale distributed systems with Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience in running real time and low latency high available applications (Kafka, gRPC, RTP)
• Experience running public cloud environments on AWS
• Experience running hybrid clouds and on-prem infrastructures on Red Hat Enterprise Linux / CentOS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
• The ability to lead, partner, and collaborate cross functionally across an engineering organization

• Understand Prospect’s Pain Areas and educate them with the right Solution and approach
• Generate Leads by Direct Visits, Cold Calls, Cold Email & Social media
• Attend offline networking events, community events and hearings to generate leads
• Research the market to develop warm leads
• Capable of processing Inbound Leads & Outbound Leads (ABM)
• Qualify Customers to establish Product – Solution Fit
• Sound Presentation skills to do a live demo of Solution to Prospects
• Upsell/Cross Sell additional products/modules as the need arises
• Use CRM effectively to assist yourself, track progress with new prospects and report to management
• Strong work ethic to follow up prospects and do not allow leads to slip through cracks
• Focus on achieving Revenue and activity targets on a daily & Weekly basis
