● Expertise: Proficient in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Familiarity with Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics software is a plus.

● Creativity: A keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling, with the ability to add creative flair to videos that resonate with our target audience.

● Technical Skills: Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, aspect ratios, and video compression techniques for web and mobile platforms.

● Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements, feedback, and changes in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

● Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw video footage into engaging and visually stunning videos for various marketing campaigns, product launches, social media platforms, and other digital channels.

● Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives and storylines that effectively communicate our brand message, product features, and promotional offers to our target audience.

● Post-Production: Enhance video content with color correction, audio editing, motion graphics, and visual effects to deliver high-quality and polished videos.

● Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the creative team, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure the videos

align with the brand's aesthetics and vision.

● Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of video assets, ensuring easy accessibility and version control.

● Stay Current with Trends: Keep abreast of the latest video editing techniques, industry trends, and best practices to continually improve the quality and impact

of our video content.

● Optimization: Optimize video content for various platforms, ensuring compatibility and engagement across different social media channels, websites, and devices.

● Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail. 

Job description of Business Development Executive:-

We are looking for a competitive online sales representative to develop sales strategies and should be having experience in sales. The successful business executive sources new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve targets.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech or higher in Computer Science from a premier institute. (We are willing to waive this requirement if you are an exceptional programmer).

• Building scalable & performant web systems with clear focus on reusable modules.

• You are comfortable in a high paced environment and can respond to urgent (and at times ambiguous) requests

• Ability to translate fuzzy business problems into technical problems & come up with design, estimates, planning, execution & deliver the solution independently.

• Knowledge in AWS or other cloud Infra.
