Tele sales Executive

Sisuni Technology Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive HR & Talent Acquisition professional to build and manage our growing technology team. The HR will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, performance management, employee engagement, and coordination of payroll and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for developers, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, sales and support roles.

* Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Cutshort and other recruitment channels.

* Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.

* Coordinate technical interviews with the Engineering Lead.

* Prepare offer letters and manage joining formalities.

* Handle employee onboarding and maintain personnel records.

* Manage attendance, leave and HR documentation.

* Coordinate monthly payroll with the finance/CA team.

* Develop and implement HR policies and processes.

* Manage employee performance reviews and probation confirmations.

* Handle employee engagement and workplace issues.

* Coordinate statutory HR compliance and employment documentation.

* Manage resignations, notice periods and full-and-final settlements.

* Maintain a healthy company culture as Sisuni expands.

Strong Product Designer, with focus on B2C Products

Mandatory (Experience): Must have 6+ YOE in Product Design (both UI and UX) with atleast 3+ years in B2C companies

Mandatory (Skills): Must have strong knowledge and experience of design with Ai tools(Figma Cloud, Chatgpt)

Mandatory (Portfolio): Must have strong product design portfolio of Good B2C Products, with at least 2 detailed case studies

Mandatory (Company): B2C Product companies, B2B experience with prior exposure to B2C is also acceptable (High scaled company, mostly unicorns)

Mandatory (Stability): Must have stayed for a minimum of 2 years with each of the previous companies

Mandatory (Leadership): Must have atleast 2 years of experience leading a team of designers

Mandatory (Note 1): CV must have portfolio link with at least 2 detailed case study

Mandatory (Note 2): CTC is inclusive of 5%variable

Marketing Manager (Fruits and Vegetable Supply Chain Management)

• Required: Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Admin, Agribusiness, or Supply Chain Management

• Experience: 2-3 years

● Developing new user-facing features using React.js

● Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

● Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code

● Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

● Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

● Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles

● Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

● Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript as well as HTML and CSS

● Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)

● Working knowledge and integration knowledge with RESTful APIs

● Knowlegde of websockets implementation is a must.

● Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

● Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

● Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

● Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

● A knack for benchmarking and optimization

● Familiarity with code versioning tools {such as Git}

● Added advantages if you have working knowledge of AWS

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging responsive web and mobile applications for the company. Using Vue.js and Quasar Framework, this candidate will be able to translate user and business needs into functional frontend design. 

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and testing UI for mobile and web applications
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science
• 2+ years' experience in frontend development
• Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies
• Experience building object oriented web applications in Vue.js and Quasar Framework

Experience

2+ years of work experience using Vue.js

We are looking for an ML engineer (Neuroscience) and would like them to

• Build ML algorithms on MRI/ Medical data sets
• Design and build intelligent agents using continual learning and deep reinforcement learning techniques
• Study and transform data science prototypes
• Design machine learning systems
• Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools
• Develop machine learning applications according to requirements
• Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods
• Run machine learning tests and experiments
• Perform statistical analysis and fine-tune using test results
• Train and retrain systems when necessary
• Extend existing ML libraries and frameworks
• Keep abreast of developments in the field
• Collaborate on technical proposals to grow and define artificial intelligence research for intelligent systems

Must have:

• Knowledge of MRI image processing and inferencing
• Hands-on machine learning expertise with an intensive knowledge of hyperparameter optimization, statistical assumption, and implications
• Experience in deep learning models
• Excellent Python programming skills for ML coding
• Understanding of ML integration with our software
• Good understanding of neuroscience/ clinical data
