Fullstack Developer (Frontend)

JOB PURPOSE

• Develop .NET Core applications using React JS reusable components as per need / client specifications
• This is a hands-on role which involves writing code, testing, and deploying finished web applications and libraries

• Design, rapid prototype, and implement a scalable, reliable and maintainable node based web application
• Enforce code quality through test driven development
• Enhance, refactor, and continuously improve the existing codebase
• Collaborate closely with team to define product requirements

• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people
• Proactive in keeping your skills updated

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Excellent working knowledge of .NET Core, React JS, JavaScript.
• 4-6 year's overall .NET development experience (At least 2 years of experience in React JS)
• Experience in working with databases - SQL and Non-SQL Databases
• Experience in any visualization JS libraries like D3 JS / Charts JS / Sync Fusion / Fusion Charts will be an added advantage.
• GraphQL

• TypeScript

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS > Design and develop cloud tenant management applications used for data management within and health monitoring of customer instance(s) for the HCM Cloud Suite. 1. Taking care of the complete product development process and its commercial impact.
2. Completely responsibile for architecture, wireframe, frameworks, coding, UI/UX, Database, Security, privacy etc.
3. Developing Android and Web Applications.

5. Preparing and presenting reports related to product development

Your Role - We're looking for an experienced software developer who is passionate about creating innovative products and writing beautiful code. Experience and ability to design, build and deploy MERN projects end to end.

Minimum 2 years of MERN development experience.
Strong skills in working with Node.js and MongoDB frameworks/ libraries. Ability to lead the entire product development from inception to completion.

Essential Skills -
Web/ Mobile development experience:
3-5 years of tech experience of having built scalable web/mobile applications.
Experienced in - NodeJs and its libraries MongoDB, Redis, Firebase Javascript frontend framework/libraries like Angular JS, React
Building new RESTful services and APIs
Experienced in working with AWS services like S3, EC2, and Devops GitHub, Docker

Essential Qualities :
Self starter wanting to learn new technologies, tinker, experiment and implement new products. Wanting an entrepreneurial and cross functional experience. Motivation to mentor younger incoming talent and lead projects.

We ideally need someone who loves working on a long-term product, but also likes to dabble in experimental coding and prototyping. We need someone who can handle coding for a large scale product, and is happy working independently and being self-motivated. You should also be able to prioritise tasks to work on the most important aspects before just the fun stuff.

You should also be in the habit of writing well-documented, clean code, to be able to pass successful projects on to other developers to iterate upon and flesh out. You should have a keen interest in keeping up to date with modern coding practices. We love to see creativity and experiments, especially with WebGL/Three.js for stunning visuals on the web.

Knowledge of JavaScript + HTML5 + CSS3
Experience in frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Vue, etc.)
Experience in backend frameworks (Node.js or similar)
WebGL/Three.js is a plus.
Working knowledge of C/C++.
