If you want build awesome product and solve real problems, then we want to talk to you. Job Description You will be responsible for customer retention and driving customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading post-sales efforts including customer on-boarding, driving user adoption and satisfaction, owning customer renewals, and developing up-sell opportunities. You’ll develop strong, long-lasting customer relationships as a trusted advisor. What should I do? --------------------- - Onboarding new customers and manage day to day relationships - Operate as lead point of contact for customers - Understand customer needs and requirements. Present them with solution - Perform effective online demos to customers and prospects - Strong written and spoken skills in English. Speaking in Hindi is a plus - Excellent conversational skills and telephone etiquette - Documenting of help, troubleshooting and problem resolution steps - Contributing to product roadmap based on customer inputs and providing feedback to product team on new features rolled out - Educate Learnyst customers about new features and their benefits - Discovering up-sell opportunities and contract renewals - Conducting customer feedback calls and reviews Your goal is to transition Learnyst customer as loyal Learnyst client who can willingly promote and recommend Learnyst brand for others. Qualification ---------------- - MBA in Marketing / Sales.
