We are Hiver. We are a bunch of folks with borderline devotional love for email, committed to the idea of making it noise-free and collaborative for teams. Why email you may ask? Email is one of the most common ways to communicate at work, is far less distracting than its chat counterparts, and lets you respond at your own pace. But it hasn’t evolved over the years to meet the changing collaboration needs of businesses. Teams have to rely on inefficient methods like Forwards and CCs to share information, often leading to messy threads and missed emails. Not to mention the toll it takes on your productivity, ability to concentrate and all things zen. We at Hiver are trying to solve this by giving email collaborative superpowers and, in the process, giving you back the most important currency there is - time.

At PeopleX Ventures, we take great pride in our role as a recruiting partner, dedicated to fulfilling the unique staffing needs of our clients across levels for both technical and non-technical domains, as well as, hiring CXO and CXO -1 across functions and roles, where we ensure we take up only a limited number of roles so that we can deliver successful outcomes.

We as a team carry varied strengths hiring across engineering, product, sales & marketing, finance, HR, etc across levels. Our clientele includes startup organizations (Pre-Series, Series A, B, C, D) and product companies. However, we continue to experiment with organizations we can support.

Blitzy is a Boston, MA based Generative AI Start-up with an established office in Pune, India. We are on a mission to automate custom software creation to unlock the next industrial revolution. We're backed by multiple tier 1 investors, have success as founders at the last start-up, and dozens of Generative AI patents to our names.

Our Culture

Our Co-Founder and CTO is a Serial Gen AI Inventor who grew up in Pune, India, is a BITS Pilani graduate, and worked at NVIDIA's Pune office for 6 years. There, he was promoted 5 times in 6 years and was transferred to the NVIDIA Headquarters in Santa Clara, California. After making significant contributions to NVIDIA, he proceeded to attend Harvard for his dual Masters in Engineering and MBA from HBS. Our other Co-Founder/CEO is a successful Serial Entrepreneur who has built multiple companies. As a team, we work very hard, have a curious mind-set, and believe in a low-ego high output approach.

Funding Journey

In September 2024, Blitzy secured $4.4M in seed funding from prominent investors including Link Ventures, Asymmetric Capital Partners, Flybridge, and four other strategic investors, demonstrating strong market confidence in their autonomous software development platform.
