Customer support Executive

We are searching for a Laravel developer to build web applications for our company. In this role, you will design and create projects using the Laravel framework and PHP, and assist the team in delivering high-quality web applications, services, and tools for our business. 

• Designing and building web applications using Laravel.
• Troubleshooting issues in the implementation and debugging of builds.
• Working with front-end and back-end developers on projects.
• Testing functionality for users and the backend.
• Ensuring that integrations run smoothly.
• Scaling projects based on client feedback.
• Recording and reporting on work done in Laravel.
• Maintaining web-based applications.

What do we require for this role?

• Able to understand project requirements and handle projects independently.

• Knowledge of PHP/CodeIgniter will be preferred.
• Basic Knowledge of JavaScript and Web Services.

1. Scouting for LAP loan leads

2. Collecting documents from customer and submitting it at nearby branch

3. Explaining all Loan related processes and charges to customer

4. Clearly communicating all loan related charges to customers

5. Having Loan case file in proper order

6. Ensuring all communication with customer once documents are received

7. Ensuring all TAT's are followed in moving the loan file forward

8. Providing all necessary customer support

• Experience in building reusable, and modular UI components and ensure cross browser compatibility.
• 3+ years developing, deploying, and supporting web applications built on framework. like Django/ NodeJS/ ReactJS.
• Must have 3+ years of current experience in Python or Go
• Knowledge in writing automated tests
• Proficient in High Level Systems Integration Design
• Understanding of Accessibility and internationalization
• Proficient in source control using GitHub
• Experience with building and maintaining a SaaS product at scale
• Write code that is tested and testable and you take responsibility for the quality of the code you produce. You will be helping build the best user experience for our Anaplan platform.
• Work in a hybrid cloud infrastructure, considering the implementation of functionality through several distributed components and services.

• We are looking for a 5+ iOS developer responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a range of iOS devices including mobile phones and tablet computers.
