Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and proactive Lead Generation Executive to support our sales and marketing team through soft calling, soft mailing, and lead engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct soft calling to share information with potential and existing clients

• Draft and send professional soft emails for client communication • Research, identify, and engage potential leads

• Share company and service-related information clearly and politely

• Maintain and update client data in Excel sheets

• Follow up with leads and schedule appointments or interactions when required

• Coordinate with the sales & marketing team for smooth communication flow

• Ensure clear, professional, and customer-friendly interaction at all times

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred)

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Basic knowledge of email etiquette, MS Office, and computer operations

• Confident, polite, and positive attitude

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment Benefits:
