LinkedPhone is looking for a high-potential marketer to help build our marketing function from the ground up.
No inherited marketing machine. No established playbook.
You’ll work directly with the founders to identify growth opportunities, understand our US & Canadian customers, run experiments, improve acquisition and conversion, and help build LinkedPhone’s marketing playbook.
We’re looking for:
• 2–4 years in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, B2B SaaS, startups, product companies, or strong digital agencies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with customer acquisition, campaigns, funnels, CRO, marketing analytics, or growth experiments
• A generalist mindset — not someone limited to only SEO, content, or social media
• Experience with US/Canada or international markets strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of North American buyers and SMB customers
• Comfortable using AI for research, analysis, experimentation, and automation.
🎓 MBA/PGDM from a strong Indian business school preferred — including IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, MDI, MICA, and similar institutions. Pedigree matters less than execution and potential.
