Main Duties
● Quickly research the latest innovations in Machine Learning, especially with respect to
Natural Language Understanding & implement them if useful
● Train models to provide different insights, mainly from text but also other media such as Audio and Video
● Validate the models trained. Fine-tune & optimise as necessary
● Deploy validated models, wrapped in a Flask server as a REST API or containerize in docker containers
● Build preprocessing pipelines for the models that are bieng served as a REST API
● Periodically, test & validate models in use. Update where necessary

Demand Generation and Marketing Executive - Job Description

Position Summary: 

The Demand Generation and Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive, integrated B2B demand generation campaigns including email marketing, direct mail, webinar, and lead nurture tactics that deliver a consistent pipeline of high-quality qualified sales leads. The ideal candidate will have experience leading B2B demand generation campaigns and proven results in successfully planning, executing, building programs and reports in HubSpot, WordPress, google ads, LinkedIn sales navigator and analyzing results. 

This position is based out of our Pune office, and there may be ample opportunity to travel within India as and when required.

About Us:  Aikon is a small B2B SaaS company that is looking to accelerate its growth and increase usage of its iEngage.ai platform. Our platform enables Small and Large enterprises to build enterprise intelligence from conversations and interactions that already flow through its various communication channels. We use cutting edge Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and other Machine intelligence tools to augment human capabilities within the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Management:
1. Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities.
2. Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities
3. Assess and analyze a prospects current process and requirements;
4. Provide engaging and articulate information about Aikon Labs’  value proposition to potential customers.
5. Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in Hubspot CRM system.
2. Sales Management:
1. Learn to manage complex enterprise sales throughout the sales cycle;
2. Efficient management of the sales pipeline using our  processes;
3. Confidently participate in the preparation of proposals and the presentation of professional product demonstrations, via webinars or face to face meetings;
4. Represent Aikon at corporate events or sales meetings independently or with colleagues;
5. Meet personal targets and work towards Aikon Labs’ growth objectives, sales goals, and profitability;
3. Communication:
1. Demonstrate the ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone conferencing, webinars and face to face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship;
2. Provide accurate and timely information as required to project managers, the delivery team and senior management;
3. Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, SEO optimization, Google Analytics, Wordpress (basic), etc
4. Product Knowledge:
1. Develop a strong knowledge of Aikon Labs’ products and services in order to facilitate the sales process;
2. Understand and articulate how the benefits of Aikon’s products and services can meet customer’s needs in various business verticals;

Required Experience

1. 2 - 5 years’ proven experience in prospecting and lead generation some experience in sales management;
2. Experience of B-to-B sales, preferably in enterprise software solutions or in the cloud space or IT sector and has the ability to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;
3. Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce CRM;
4. Experience of working collaboratively in a combined sales & marketing team.
5. Can evidence a track record of increasing sales revenue by hitting or exceeding personal targets.

Required Skills:

1. Has highly developed all-round interpersonal skills.
2. Excellent communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills.
3. Customer service oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude.
4. Conscientious, hard-working and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets.
5. Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, GSuite programs and social networking tools. Experience of Hubspot, Canva, InVideo would be an added advantage, but not essential.
6. Work closely within a small sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships with all company colleagues;
7. Good organisational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritise as necessary.
8. Must be highly proficient in all aspects of English language, especially speaking, listening and writing skills.
9. Must be passionate about the AI solutions for enterprises and B2B SaaS industry.

Product marketers play a crucial role in positioning products/services the right way to the right people because they have a deep understanding of your target customers and how our products and services fulfil their needs. As a product marketing specialist, you will be on the team responsible for telling the world (and enterprises) the story of our product. You will be expected to be an avid advocate for our product feature set and its benefits. • You will be required to create product content (e.g. sales enablement documentation, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts, Quora/forum responses) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world.
• Work on thetactical campaign execution. Daily hands-on work will include email builds/sends, landing pages, dynamic content, A/B tests, list imports, and database management.
• You will also set up, test, maintain, and report on recurring and triggered campaigns. Improve initiatives around lead targeting, A/B testing, and deliverability.
• You may be required to manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
• You will be expected to build product page content, optimize the conversion paths on those pages, and use dynamic call-to-action to create and test buyer stage-specific calls-to-action.
• Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for the company.
• Collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms.
• Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions. Track lead generation activities.
