We are looking for a 10+ years experienced ServiceNow End-to-End Architect with strong expertise in Telecom Order Management (OMT) and deep knowledge across multiple ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise-scale architecture, design, and implementation while leading complex integration and orchestration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CRM, and SecOps
Architect Telecom Order Management (OMT) workflows including order lifecycle, decomposition, and orchestration
Integrate ServiceNow with OSS/BSS systems (CRM, Billing, Provisioning, Network platforms)
Define and manage CMDB & CSDM frameworks
Lead solution architecture, governance, and best practice adoption
Drive automation, orchestration, and performance optimization for high-volume environments
Manage platform upgrades, CI/CD pipelines, and multi-instance strategies
Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor teams to deliver scalable solutions
Required Skills:
Strong experience in ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps)
Expertise in OMT / Order Management / Telecom domain
Hands-on with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs
Experience with OSS/BSS integrations
Knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, and data modeling
Strong understanding of API-led and event-driven architecture
