Engazify

You will be working directly as part of the founding team and would see every bit of the startup action hands on, and will be exposed to all aspects of back-end & front-end development. You will be the Co-founder and will have full freedom to implement things and influence how we shape up. You will be given full responsibility of designing and building core modules on both server and client sides and contribute to the development of our web and mobile app. You will be the CTO and get serious stake in the company. What stage are we in? The beta version of the product is almost ready and will hit the market in a couple of weeks. And it looks awesome. We have started accepting Sign Ups already and getting good response too. We are currently in full force marketing/sales mode. You will come in and take over the development of the product. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who has good startup experience, especially in a b2b product (SaaS) based company. You are hands on with coding and can easily build a team from scratch. About the role/Skills needed: • 3+ years of experience in Core Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Hibernate, & MySQL. • Experience in building cross browser compatible web applications. • Strong experience with bootstrap, SQL, & version control system like GIT. • Well versed in writing RESTful APIs/web-services. • Experience working with Amazon Web Services - AWS (EC2, S3, Elastic Beanstalk, & CloudFront). • Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, & Wordpress. • Familiar with PHP, JSP, Struts, Servlets, Ajax, Angular, Node JS, & JSON. • Experience in optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability. • Thorough understanding of development of responsive/mobile-first web pages. • Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming, SOA, and various Design Patterns. • Strong CS fundamentals, good working knowledge of classic algorithms and data structures. • Prior experience with mobile development SDKs for iOS & Android. We are looking for a talented front-end web engineer who is passionate about technology & user experience and wants to build world class products. You will be joining Engazify's core team and working along side the founders. As part of this profile, you will lead the design and development of our bot, website, and the web application product while working alongside other front-end and back-end engineers. Desired Skills: • 2+ years of experience in front end development, with expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. • Expert in Angular JS (Required). • Proficient in HTTP protocol, REST APIs, JSON. • Strong experience with Bootstrap & Wordpress. • Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery. • Thorough understanding of development of responsive/mobile-first web pages. • Experience in building cross browser compatible web applications. • Experience using Version Control System like Bitbucket. • Experience in optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability. • Must have a great sense of design and user experience. • Proficient in OOPS concepts and writing code using classes. Good to have: • Startup experience. • Working knowledge of PHP and Ajax. • Experience building cloud based SaaS applications. • In sync with recent design standards and trends. • Easily and quickly create mockups to explain your ideas. • Firm grasp of SEO/SEM best practices. • Familiar with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its components.
