We're a team of 8 engineers moving fast toward scaling this to thousands of drawings per day. You'll work on real parts that go to real factory floors - where a wrong dimension means a scrapped part and a missed shipment. It's demanding work with real accountability, but if you're the kind of person who gets fired up by solving hard problems across multiple technical domains and seeing a team ship consistently, you'll fit right in.

We're looking for a person to lead engineering execution. This role is on-site at our Bengaluru office.

You'll work directly with our CTO to turn product priorities into shipped software. This isn't a management-from-a-distance role - you'll plan sprints and hold people accountable, but you'll also roll up your sleeves to debug, brainstorm algorithmic approaches, and review PRs with enough depth to catch when something doesn't fit.
