Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Warehouse & Dispatch Executive specializing in D2C Operations. Responsibilities include overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing dispatch and logistics, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries, and maintaining compliance with operational standards. The role also requires efficient handling of customer queries related to deliveries, ensuring prompt resolution to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Dispatching and understanding logistics processes
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
• Organizational and time-management skills for managing operations efficiently
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and external partners
• Prior experience in warehousing or dispatch operations is preferred but not mandatory
• Basic understanding of inventory management systems is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Pick, pack, and dispatch daily orders
• Process and schedule orders via Shopify and Shiprocket
• Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and deliveries
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
• Manage returns and ensure proper inventory reconciliation
• Maintain warehouse organization and hygiene

Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in D2C / e-commerce operations
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and Shiprocket
• Basic understanding of inventory management
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Comfortable with daily in-office work
