Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of applications built on VB.Net
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to best practices
• Architect solutions and provide technical direction for new features and enhancements
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues escalated by the team

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks
• Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and support the professional growth of team members
• Allocate tasks effectively based on team members' skill sets and project priorities
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Manage project timelines, provide status updates, and proactively flag risks/roadblocks
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and, where required, client stakeholders

Process & Quality

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, SDLC processes, and documentation practices
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in development processes and team productivity
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for maintainability and scalability

Net Developer with 4-7 years of experience with experience with :

• Full development lifecycle with ASP.NET, C#.NET, VB.NET, MS SQL,
• Proficiency with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and Stored Procedure
• API Development

Qualification: Bachelor's degree (B.E./B. Tech) in (CE/IT)Or MCA Or MSC IT

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Participating in design discussions and solving complex business problems.

2. Responsibility for technical projects and see them into production following standard

development and quality processes.

3.Utilization of standard Microsoft stack technologies.

4. Supporting developers by providing technical and task direction.

5. Create technical and operational system documentation.

6. Ensuring compliance with IT Technology Roadmap.

7. Production support and escalation.Provide point of escalation during the day and off-hour.

8. Work closely with the development management team to design and implement use cases.

9. Analyze business requirements then design and code web applications, services, and batch

processes or Rest APIs.
