Job Title: Performance Tester (JMeter Specialist)

We are looking for a Performance Tester with strong JMeter expertise to design and execute load, stress, and scalability tests for web, API, and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute performance test scripts using JMeter.

Conduct load, stress, and endurance testing.

Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend tuning solutions.

Collaborate with Dev/QA/Infra teams for performance improvements.

Integrate performance testing with CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements:

Proven experience with JMeter performance testing.

Strong knowledge of web, APIs, databases, and system monitoring.

Hands-on with APM tools (Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics, etc.).

Good analytical and communication skills.

Bonus: CI/CD, cloud, or scripting (Python/Shell/Groovy).

Domain: Automation Testing – Selenium Job Purpose • Thought leadership - Consult with the client and setup/guides a team to strategize, design, implement and run automation solution supporting variety of applications • Technical leadership - Identify, evaluate, recommend, and optimize current automated testing processes and tools • Define and implement test automation strategy including roadmap, tools, framework, and approach across project teams • Oversee technological delivery of the recommended automation solution roadmap across project teams • setting up end to end QA processes across Requirement Analysis,Test Strategy/Design and Test reporting • Participate in design and architectural reviews of proposed automation solutions across project teams • Designing & implementing enterprise wide QA strategy for variety of clients including complex applications across multiple tech stacks (involving both functional and automation testing) • Planning, estimating (should be aware of robust models and how to use them) and tracking team’s work • Status reporting: Track and report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status etc. • Mentors/guides the team on technical knowhow • Adhere to company project standards and guidelines Mandatory Skills & Experience • 10-14 years of overall testing experience and atleast 4+ years of in-depth experience in establishing test automation frameworks, evaluating tools, and implementing continuous testing strategy • Hands on framework development for a Green Field Project • Strong hands on experience in Java/JavaScript programming languages; java collection frameworks • Strong experience on QA Automation tools such as Selenium/Cucumber/Appium/SOAPUIetc. • Strong exposure on UI or API automation, hands on Webservices/Microservices automation • Experience in CI/CD tools, such as Gitlab(preferable) / Jenkins • Experience in Cloud tech preferably AWS • Experience on Cloud Platforms such as Sauce Labs, Perfecto • Functional tools like Selenium (mandate), Webdriver IO, NightWatchJS, etc • Should have basic knowledge of JMeter or any other equivalent Performance testing tool • Sound Knowledge of methodologies and approaches such as Agile, BDD, DevOps etc. • Industry experience on Financial Services is preferred. Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Speaking to parents (leads given by us) and:

• Responsible for development of complex configuration in Duck Creek application
• Work with Business and subject matter experts to gather and validate the requirements

• Provide guidance or mentorship to the team where applicable
• Provide inputs to testing scope and review artifacts
• Provide support to test events and support elevate activities
• Identify, escalate and mitigate challenges in delivery both from technical and functional stand point.
• Designs, develops, troubleshoots, debugs, and implements Duck Creek Rating & Policy to build new insurance products and lines of business that meet all business & technical requirements
• Integrates applications with backend databases, third party API's and other Data sources.
• Researches, tests, builds and coordinates the integration of new products and services per business requirements.
