Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Test Planning & Design: Develop comprehensive performance test plans and strategies aligned with business requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).​
• Script Development: Create and maintain performance test scripts using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar, simulating real-world user scenarios.​
• Test Execution: Conduct various performance tests, including load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests, to assess system behavior under different conditions.​
• Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor system performance metrics such as response times, throughput, and resource utilization during tests. Analyze results to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.​
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, system administrators, and other QA team members to communicate findings and assist in performance tuning.​
• Reporting: Document test results, provide detailed analysis, and offer recommendations to enhance system performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest performance testing tools and methodologies to continuously improve testing processes.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.​
• 2–5 years of experience in performance testing within a QA environment.​
• Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.​
• Strong understanding of performance testing concepts, including load, stress, and scalability testing.​
• Experience with monitoring tools and analyzing system performance metrics.​
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.​
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and integrating performance tests into automated workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud-based performance testing and monitoring tools.

· Knowledge of identifying the API requests from the mobile clients using the Charles Proxy tool.

· Knowledge of MYSQL and Database concepts for database testing.
