Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced QA Professional with 5–10 years of experience specializing in Pega Testing. In this role, you will design, execute, and manage testing strategies for complex, large-scale enterprise applications built on the Pegaplatform. You will ensure the seamless performance, integration, and functionality of workflows and case management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Define, design, and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases specifically tailored for Pega BPM applications.

• Functional & Rule Validation: Validate Pega rulesets, case management flows, data pages, routing logic, declarative expressions, and access groups.

• Automation Leadership: Design and maintain automated test frameworks for PegaUI and API layers using tools like Selenium, Cucumber, Tosca, or Pega Autotest.

• Defect & Defect Triaging: Track, analyze, and report defects using Jira, collaborating closely with Pega developers and Business Analysts to resolve complex issues.

• Regression & Integration Testing: Execute rigorous regression testing for Pegaplatform upgrades and test end-to-end integration with third-party APIs and databases.

• Mentorship & Quality Control: Lead a team of QA engineers, conduct test case reviews, and enforce industry-standard QA best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Pega Expertise: 4+ years of dedicated hands-on experience in testing Pega PRPC applications (Pega 8.x experience preferred).

• Certifications: Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA), Certified System Architect (CSA), or Certified Pega QA is highly desirable.

• Testing Automation: Proven experience using automation tools (Selenium WebDriver, Tosca, Cucumber, or SoapUI/Postman for API testing) within a Pegaecosystem.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of SQL, XML, JSON, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to translate complex business requirements and user stories into structured test scenarios.

Experience: 6+ years • Must have experience in SAP delivery, with at least Two SAP implementations • Should be able to lead a team of SAP FICO, FM and FSCM functional experts in the design, implementation, and Support of SAP FICO, FM and FSCM modules • Act as the subject matter expert for SAP FICO, FM & FSCM modules, including design, configuration, and testing of the system • Should have experience with end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO and FM modules • Should be proficient in SAP FICO configuration, customization, and enhancement techniques. • Should have good understanding of finance and accounting principles and processes. • Should have strong knowledge of SAP FICO module functionalities, including general ledger, accounts payable. • Must have experience with accounts receivable, asset accounting, controlling, and Funds Management. • Should have knowledge in integration with PS, PM, HR, MM, SD, FICA, CS, REFX & Bank Application

• Knowledge on CAMPUS LAN Architecture and implementation

• Having exposure to Cisco’s latest technologies like SDA, DNAC

• Hand-on experience on designing and implementing Cisco SDA

• Strong Routing & Switching, Cisco SDA, DNAC, Cisco ISE skillset is a must.

• Hands On expertise on Cisco Prime, ISE, Cisco Meraki
