Roles & Responsibilities:-

 Assist in Screening resumes and application forms

 Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates

 Follow up with the scheduled candidate

 Prepare HR-related reports as needed

 Participate in organizing company events

 Assist in maintaining employee records.

 Assist in posting job openings and reviewing resumes.

 Maintain and update HR databases and records

 Maintaining Report of Consultancy Data.

 Finding the consultancy who are working in PAN India

 Working on backup

Job Description:

Position: Junior HR Recruiter

Qualification: MBA, BBA

Experience: Fresher

Location: Indore, Onsite

salary: 12000-15000 INR

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Must have hands of experience in using Naukri.com/ Job sites/ Consultants, to source relevant candidates.

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

• Source and attract candidates by using databases, Job Portal & strong Networking

• Screen candidates resumes and job applications and assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience

• Monitor and apply hr recruiting best practices

• End to End Recruitment including Sourcing of profiles from various mediums

• Making trackers and end to end follow-up & Coordination with candidate

• Daily minimum 6-7 lineups as per JD.
