Responsibilities:
source potential from various sources like online, Naukri, LinkedIn etc
screen incoming profiles as per the JD.
provide shortlisted candidates to client hiring managers.
Should be responsible in handling the end to end recruiting process.
Handling emails, cold calling, arranging interviews, follow-ups etc
Negotiation of salary with candidate.
Follow up with candidates for joining.
