Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for IT positions, from understanding client requirements and job descriptions to posting job ads, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and successfully closing positions.
• Sourcing & Talent Pooling: Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to identify and attract top IT talent. Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate technical and managerial interviews, ensuring all key stakeholders are aligned on candidate selection.
• Coordination with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define clear candidate profiles for each role. Provide them with regular updates on progress.

Skills and Qualifications:

•  end-to-end IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technical roles such as software development, network administration, cloud computing, and data science.
• Experience with various sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
• Strong interviewing skills, with the ability to assess both technical and soft skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality of hire.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
