Job Title: Senior Manager – Learning & Development (HR)

Location: BKC, Mumbai

Education: Master’s / Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 7–8 years of experience in strategic leadership within Learning & Development, along with hands-on experience in Payroll Management and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans.
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership in driving talent development, succession planning, and sales readiness initiatives.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, high performance, and organizational excellence.
• Identify critical skill gaps and build leadership and capability development programs.
• Integrate market insights, product knowledge, and customer-centric approaches into learning frameworks.
• Mentor, guide, and develop HR team members to ensure consistent learning outcomes.

Key Competencies:

• Proven expertise in L&D strategy, talent management, payroll administration, and recruitment processes.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to align HR initiatives with business priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and build high-performing teams.
