🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who can manage HR activities along with training & placement coordination. The candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment, candidate counselling, and placement support.

✅ Key Responsibilities

🔹 HR Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling)
• Post job openings on portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
• Maintain candidate database and records
• Assist in onboarding and documentation process

🔹 Training & Placement Counselling

• Guide and counsel students/candidates regarding career opportunities
• Coordinate with candidates for training programs
• Support candidates in placement process
• Conduct basic screening and counselling sessions
• Maintain placement records and reports

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR processes
• Confident in candidate interaction & counselling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Immediate joiners preferred

💡 Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn)
• Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
• Positive attitude & willingness to learn
