 About the Role:

As a Program or Learners Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting learners throughout their educational journey. This is an excellent opportunity. who are passionate about education and want to make a positive impact by guiding others toward success. Your core focus will be providing personalized assistance to learners, helping them solve challenges, and navigating their course journey.

Key Responsibilities: 

·         Personalized Support: Work directly with learners to understand their unique challenges and goals. Offer tailored guidance to help them overcome obstacles and progress effectively in their learning path.

·         Assist with Assignments: Help learners navigate course materials and assignments. Clarify instructions, offer insightful explanations, and provide constructive feedback to ensure learners can complete tasks successfully.

·         Facilitate Learning: Foster an engaging and supportive learning environment. Encourage learners to ask questions, seek clarification, and share their ideas. Promote collaboration and help build a community where learners feel comfortable and motivated.

·         Monitor Progress: Regularly track and assess learners' progress, identifying areas where additional support may be required. Keep detailed records of learner interactions, ensuring their achievements are well documented.

·         Effective Communication: Maintain consistent communication with learners through various channels like email, chat, or virtual meetings. Keep them informed about progress, assignments, and upcoming milestones, ensuring they feel motivated and supported.

·         Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with fellow team members, instructors, and other stakeholders to create a seamless learning experience. Share insights, resources, and strategies to continually improve the educational journey for learners.

·         Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to interact effectively with learners and team members.

·         Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to ensure a smooth and supportive learning experience for all learners.

Location: Remote

Availability: Weekends only – especially Sundays

Compensation: Unpaid (Volunteer-based)

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings/demos with potential clients and understand their business
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and follow up in making websites live
• Collaborate with technical team on resolving customer issues
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
• Form alliances and partnerships in the eCommerce ecosystem

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role for at least 2 years
• Experience in eCommerce/SAAS/Fintech/Tech industries
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
• Fast learner and passion for sales
