Key Responsibilities – HR Operations (70%)
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, employee records, documentation, and HR databases. • Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities, including documentation, induction coordination, and clearance processes. • Maintain and update employee files, attendance, leave records, and other HR trackers. • Coordinate with employees and internal teams on HR-related queries and ensure timely resolution. • Support payroll inputs by coordinating attendance, leave, incentives, and other relevant employee data with the concerned team. • Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies, processes, and internal guidelines. • Prepare HR reports, MIS, trackers, and dashboards as required by management. • Coordinate employee engagement activities, internal communications, and HR initiatives. • Support performance management processes, appraisal documentation, and confirmation formalities. • Ensure HR documentation and processes are accurate, organized, and maintained with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities – Recruitment (30%)
• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to close open positions. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other relevant channels. • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening of candidates. • Evaluate candidates based on communication skills, experience, qualifications, and role fit. • Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and interview panels. • Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on the hiring pipeline. • Follow up with selected candidates, manage offer-related coordination, and support joining formalities.• Build and maintain a relevant candidate pipeline for current and future STEM learning/education roles.
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Fundraising team as an Investor Relations Associate/Manager The ideal candidate will have experience managing distribution partners, Investor relations, handling fund management activities, and ensuring end-to-end KYC and compliance processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors for AIF & PMS schemes
· Act as the primary point of contact for all distributors, including distribution agreements, brokerages, client inquiries, emails, and more.
· Understanding of AIF cat II & PMS regulations,
· Prepare client communication content and manage distribution payout mechanisms, should understand basic calculations for waterfalls such as capital repayment, hurdle rates, fees, and related components.
· Liaise with internal departments (Legal & Compliance, Finance, Operations, etc.) to ensure smooth information flow and timely deliverables.
· Manage end-to-end investor onboarding, including documentation, KYC, compliance checks, and coordination with fund administrators.
· Support fund management activities including capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting.
· Address investor queries professionally and promptly.
· Assist in preparing investor communication, presentations, MIS reports, and periodic fund updates.
· Maintain accurate investor data, documentation, and compliance records.
· Work closely with finance teams to understand taxation-related aspects relevant to investor queries and fund structures.
Candidate Criteria
· Experience: Minimum 5 years in Investor Relations, Fund Operations, Fundraising, or Alternative Investment roles (REITs, AIFs, PMS, or real estate funds).
· Education:
o Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related fields with strong academic record.
o Additional certifications like CFA, CA, or MBA (Finance) are a plus.
· Skills & Knowledge:
o Strong understanding of KYC/AML, investor onboarding, fund administration, and basic taxation concepts.
o Excellent verbal and written communication.
o Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital investor platforms.
o High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
· Attributes: Professional, proactive, and comfortable liaising with investors, fund managers, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive AUM growth and achieve acquisition targets.

Eligibility:
Post-graduate preferred.
