Role Summary
You will own partner-led growth and run the GTM execution engine on the ground in Pune, while coordinating closely with the Founder (GTM lead) and Engineering/Product. This is a hands-on role: recruiting and activating tuition/coaching partners and parent community admins, running webinar-based acquisition (2-3/week), and ensuring clean tracking and conversion operations.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (any stream).
- Preferred: BBA/BBM/B.Com/BA, Engineering, or any degree with strong GTM execution track record.
- MBA/PGDM is a plus, not mandatory.
Key Outcomes (Success Metrics)
- Recruitment: Onboard 40 high-quality partners (Class 10/12 tutors, coaching centers in Pune + Tier 1-2 online) by month one.
- Activation: Ensure ≥50% of partners are actively driving students to webinars every month.
- Webinar Execution: Co-host 2 webinars/week with a focus on high attendance and sales conversion.
- ROI Discipline: Manage partner incentives and tracking to maintain strict ROI targets.
Responsibilities
Channel / Partner Partnerships
- Recruit partners: Class 10 tuition teachers, coaching centers (boards/foundation/JEE/NEET), parent community admins, education community leaders
- Operate partner incentives: flat commission per Core sale with monthly slabs
- Drive partner activation cadence: scripts, posters, co-host webinars, weekly leaderboard
Webinar Growth Engine
- Own the webinar calendar, topics, and partner co-host roster
- Ensure registrations, attendance, and post-webinar conversion follow-ups are executed
Conversion Ops + Content
- Write and iterate partner pitch scripts, WhatsApp sequences, webinar invite copy, FAQs/objection handling (English + Hindi preferred)
- Coordinate one-time design support for templates (Canva-level)
GTM Ops + Cross-functional alignment
- Run a weekly WarRoom dashboard with Founder
- Coordinate with engineering for landing page improvements, tracking, and product feedback loops
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-have
- Experience: 3–5 years experience in partnerships / growth ops / channel sales / business development (EdTech preferred)
- Hustle: Proven ability to build a pipeline from zero; you are comfortable making 50+ pitches a week.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi; Marathi is a significant advantage for Pune-based recruitment.
- Strong execution discipline: follow-ups, pipelines, tracker hygiene

- Experience with parent/student/education products
- Webinar/community-led acquisition experience

SEO Associate is responsible for managing all search engine optimization and marketing
activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on
all major search networks and get traffic on the website from all marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
● Develop overall SEO strategies that increase company rankings in search
engines
● Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize
existing content and uncover new opportunities
● Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and
structure of websites and web pages
● Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in
coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific
● Administer search engine tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console & Heatmap
tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting on product websites
● Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media
purposes (e.g. Landing pages, customer case studies, blog posts, Infographics etc.)
● Implement link building campaigns in achieve SEO goals
● Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in SEO efforts
● Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
● Assist in the development and execution of communication/content strategies via
social communities in coordination with SEO goals
● Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search
channels
● Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy

● Keep pace with SEO, social media and internet marketing industry trends and
developments to come up with new ideas to implement for better results
Key Skills and Experience:
● Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
● Experience with SEO industry programs, such as GA, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Moz,
Screaming Frog etc
● Knowledge of keyword research and data research tools
● Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
● Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as growth hacking, Content
Marketing and Sales Ops, is a plus.
