Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain technical components in Oracle E-Business Suite

Design and develop:

• Reports
• Interfaces
• Conversions
• Extensions

Develop and maintain:

• PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers
• Oracle Forms
• Oracle Reports
• XML/BI Publisher Reports
• Build and support integrations between Oracle E-Business Suite and third-party applications/APIs

Work on inbound/outbound interfaces using:

• APIs
• Open Interface Tables
• Web Services
• SQL Loader
• Customize and support Oracle Workflow processes and approval mechanisms

Troubleshoot production issues and resolve technical defects

Perform performance tuning of SQL queries, reports, and database objects

Required Skills

Strong experience in Oracle E-Business Suite

Advanced knowledge of:

• PL/SQL
• Oracle Forms
• Oracle Reports
• XML Publisher / BI Publisher
• Oracle Workflow
• SQL Loader
• Shell Scripting
• REST/SOAP APIs

Strong understanding of Oracle EBS modules such as:

• Oracle Financials
• Oracle Procurement
• Oracle HRMS
• Oracle Inventory Management

Experience working with US clients/offshore teams

Ability to work independently in overlapping US shift hours (3 PM - 11 PM IST)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-

to-end.

• Strong experience in development tools, CI/CD pipelines. Extensive experience with Agile.

• Good proficiency overlap with technologies like: Java8, Spring, SpringMVC, RESTful web services, Hibernate, Oracle PL/SQL, SpringSecurity, Ansible, Docker, JMeter, Angular.

• Strong fundamentals and clarity of REST web services. Person should have exposure to

developing REST services which handles large sets

• Fintech or lending domain experience is a plus but not necessary.

• Deep understanding of cloud technologies on at least one of the cloud platforms AWS, Azure or Google Cloud

• Wide knowledge of technology solutions and ability to learn and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions.

• Strong communicator with ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build relationships, and achieve broader organizational goals.

• Provide vision leadership for the technology roadmap of our products. Understand product capabilities and strategize technology for its alignment with business objectives and maximizing ROI.

• Define technical software architectures and lead development of frameworks.

• Engage end to end in product development, starting from business requirements to realization of product and to its deployment in production.

• Research, design, and implement the complex features being added to existing products and/or create new applications / components from scratch.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor s or higher engineering degree in Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent additional professional experience.

• 5 years of experience in delivering solutions from concept to production that are based on Java and open-source technologies as an enterprise architect in global organizations.

• 12-15 years of industry experience in design, development, deployments, operations and managing non-functional perspectives of technical solutions.

·      Problem-Solving Skills, should be able to convert Idea on Paper to Code

·      Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

·      0 - 4 years of database experience (Oracle SQL, PL/SQL)

·      Proficiency in Oracle, with Hands-on experience in database design

·      Creation & implementation of data models.

·      Strong experience with Oracle functions, procedures, triggers, packages.

·      Willing to learn, grasp & quickly adapt needed cutting-edge tools & technologies in shorter timeframe.

·      Should be able to write basic Procedures & Functions.

System Analyst

The individual in this role will gather, document, and analyze client functional, transactional, and insurance business requirements across all insurance functions and third-party integrations. System Analyst will also work within a cross-functional project team to provide business analytical support and leadership from the business side.  The individual will play a highly visible, client-facing, and the consultative role and have the ability to offer system solutions to enhance client implementations and transform client workflow and business processes. Individual should be very good in mapping business functions / attributes with the Insurance rules and data.

Skills Required:

• A successful candidate in this role must:
• Good hands-on skills in Oracle, PL/SQL, TSQL
• Object oriented knowledge should be good
• Have Functional knowledge on P & C
• Overall Tech - 60% and Functional - 40%
