1. Own conversational quality across deployments

• Achieve 80%+ quality scores on insurer QA audits
• Design conversations across:
• Hindi

2. Build a reusable prompt and workflow library

• Reduce new workflow launch time from 3 weeks → 5 days
• Create standardized:
• Prompt templates
• Conversation flows
• Objection handling patterns
• Ensure new deployments do not start from scratch

3. Design human-like conversational behavior

• Move agents from:
• Scripted → adaptive
• Robotic → human-like
• Focus on:
• Tone
• Pauses
• Context retention
• Personalization
• The output should feel like:
• “This sounds human”
• not
• “This sounds like a bot”

4. Improve agent performance continuously

• Analyze:
• Call transcripts
• Failure cases
• Drop-offs

5. Reduce deployment friction

• Minimize back-and-forth during agent setup
