We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud RTR Lead with 7+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials and strong knowledge of financial concepts. The role requires a hands-on professional who can lead client discussions, understand business requirements, and drive Oracle Cloud Finance solutions.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud RTR (Record-to-Report) functional activities and client engagements.Strong hands-on knowledge of GL, Cash Management, FA (Fixed Assets), and CL (Cash/Collections-related processes).
• Good understanding of PPM and its interlocking/integration with financial processes.
• Translate business requirements into effective Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Drive functional discussions, workshops, and solution design with clients.Support configuration, testing, issue resolution, and implementation activities.
• Act as a functional lead and provide guidance to project teams.
• Sound knowledge of CL, FA, cash management, and GL
• some understanding of PPM as well and interlocking
• Hands on skills on oracle cloud and financial concepts

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Supply Planning Specialist with 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Planning. The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end supply planning configuration, translating business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions, and driving adoption of Oracle-delivered best practices with minimal customization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Planning configuration lifecycle.
• Configure and support Demand Management, Supply Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Design demand forecasting, supply plan generation, and constraint-based planning solutions.
• Configure sourcing rules, supply allocation, safety stock, planning parameters, and inventory optimization.
• Manage planning exceptions and provide recommendations for resolving supply and demand issues.
• Translate complex business requirements into standard Oracle Fusion SCM Planning functionality.
• Lead solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Analyze supply-demand gaps, inventory levels, capacity constraints, and material availability.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and integration teams.
• Identify opportunities to minimize customizations and maximize the use of Oracle-delivered best practices.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user training materials.
• Support data migration, integrations, UAT, issue resolution, and production deployment.
• Provide functional leadership and guidance to junior consultants.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall experience in Supply Chain Planning / Oracle SCM.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Planning.
