Job description

As a Front Desk Officer cum Admin Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for the school. Duties include offering administrative support across the school. You will welcome parents and greet people who visit the school. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

Multitasking skill is essential for this position. Ultimately, a Front Desk cum Admin Executive's duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes parents positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome parents/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures)
• Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
• Collect cash fees and issue receipts
• Order office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
• Arrange internal and external transportation for school events, activities, trips, guests, etc
• Staff, students, and parents access card printing
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
• Perform all other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferable
• Graduation/post-graduation in any one of the streams

Monitor, analyze and fix issues for consumer and business VoIP services and endpoints.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• As a senior engineer, take complete ownership of supporting customer VoIP deployments by debugging issues and providing fixes.
• Document existing call flows
• Build customer confidence to grow/lead local team
• Support customer during PST timezone during critical releases

Required Skills:

• 5+ yrs of supporting VoIP services/applications on Linux platform
• Strong scripting skills with bash/python/perl
• Expertise in SIP call flow analysis and debugging using Wireshark
• Experience in debugging Kamailio and Freeswitch/asterisk based applications is a must
• Good problem solving/analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with open source projects
• Exposure to Level 3-Carrier Integration
• Knowledge of networking protocols

The Role

Provides project leadership to team on small to medium-sized projects in areas such as product development, research, process development and organizational development. Work collaboratively with Project Management Leader to run the projects smoothly and Keeps management and stakeholders informed of schedules, priorities, and problems. Prepares and executes translation projects. Does not typically have management responsibilities such as hiring, performance appraisals, and pay reviews; however, may assist with such decisions and activities.

• Leads project team to ensure that projects are completed on time and according to requirements.
• Continuously monitors progress and risks and promptly acts to resolve issues, escalating if needed.
• Facilitates communication upward and across project teams including project status, risks, justifications for variances.
• Serves as a focal point for other departments on project status or other project information.
• Develops, maintains and communicates Project Plans and executes projects according to the developed plans.
• Performs Internationalization and translation project intakes and coordinates findings with development teams.
• Performs technical translation project preparations, project execution and translation deliveries.
• Assigns project team and/or ensures that the project team assigned has skills and qualifications needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in business, software engineering or computer science, or equivalent.
• Overall 5 - 7 Years of experience in Project management.
• Required 2-5 years of technical experience in software development and/or software project management and/or translation project management.
• Ability to prioritize projects and activities to ensure completion of projects on time and within budget.
• Good management skills with knowledge of software translation processes and their interdependence.
• Good knowledge of translation processes like technical preparation, translation execution, QA.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, decision making and communications skills.
• Excellent skills in presentation/spreadsheet/collaboration software.  
• Familiar with Project Management tools.
• Excellent English skills, verbal and written. Fluent in at least one other language.

Client Servicing Manager must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and must have worked in an Advertising agency before. They must be able to strengthen the relationship between the agency and the clients. They must be good at:

• Ensure all tech projects are delivered on time and are profitable
• Work with Account Managers to understand project requirements
• Analyse, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to the projects
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical team while ensuring each person on the team is actively working toward established milestones
• Hold daily technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
• Hold regular retrospectives to identify the positives and negatives of a project, and establish what the tech team can take forward from this
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members required for specific projects or initiatives
• Establish and implement training processes and strategies for the technical team with support from the L&D team and CTO
• Be part of the recruitment and training of exceptional employees to fulfil posted positions within the tech team
• Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation

Qualifications 

• A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong credentials in software development and troubleshooting
• Demonstrated understanding of the software development lifecycle and Project Management processes, strategies and methods
• Experience in mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting teamwork 
• Experience in applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for project management
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
• Professional Project Management Certification is an added advantage
