Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Web Glaze Services. As a Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients. Specifically, you will focus on sales for our education portal, which includes calling and building relationships with schools and parents. Additionally, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be expected to analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and to develop strategies to improve sales performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT or education industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of web development and digital marketing services
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Fluency in English and Hindi

Content Writer 

Responsibility

• Produce well-researched content for publication, social channel and website.
• Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines
• Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs
• Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement
• Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone).
• Update website content as needed.
• Video Content Writing

• 1- 6 months experience as Content Writing Internship or Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, english, journalism, or related field.

• Proven work experience as a Content Writer, https://resources.workable.com/copywriter-job-description">Copywriter or similar role.
• Experience doing research using multiple sources.
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
• Portfolio of published articles.
• Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
• Familiarity with each client's requirements and the company's brand image, products, and services

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong knowledge in MongoDB, MySQL administration having 7+ years hands-on experience
• Hands on experience with Redis
• Strong knowledge in physical database design concepts
• Strong knowledge in High Availability configuration on databases with Master-Slave and Master-Master replication
• Experience with performance optimization (server/ query tuning)
• Good Scripting knowledge in shell scripts
• Must have good knowledge of Performance tuning of MYSQL databases

Job Responsibilities:

1.Make 20 Calls each day to filter and qualify leads as per the program suitability

2.Conduct min of 18 zoom meetings/walk-ins each week for qualified and interested candidates

3.Conduct minimum of 10 assessments each week against the shortlisted and thereby interested for enrolment candidates alone

4.Facilitate the entry level assessment and result discussions with the concerned as instructed by the reporting head
5.Bring in 3 closures each week of meticulously either full sale value or of part payments

6.Exhibit effective client relations and bring in passive income by creating referral database

7.Conduct in person meetings with walk-ins client as assigned

8.Maintain up-to-date MIS reporting (call logs, sales summary sheet, target tracker & Selection list Superr’30). And adapt to any new addition to the list.
9.Ensure 20 closures of 100 qualified leads assigned in a month
10.Attend all weekly review meetings and come prepared with the sales review summary report
11.Liaison efficiently with back-end operations for hassle free client handling and ensure client is informed with no discrepancy of his best chances and impact of our services

12.Attend all training programs as and when requested by the reporting head

13.Facilitate new joiner training programs as instructed by the head.

14.Participate in marketing initiatives as and when required.

Principal Software Engineer /Architect

Job Description

Responsibilities: -

• You would take ownership of the existing system and scale it more than 10X over the next 2 years.
• Apply best coding standards.
• You would create the infrastructure that can serve 100s of customers and millions of data requests per hour.
• Over the next year or so, you would be able to guide a team of 5 to 15 people to accomplish your goals. Mentoring this team into a world-class engineering team would be a key part of your role.
• Your earlier experience in successfully building, deploying and running complex, large scale web or data products.
• You would work hand-in-hand with the Product Management team to build engineering capabilities that align with the evolution of the product.
• Eventually work with Data science teamwork to ensure that the algorithmic intelligence that we build is plugged into the product in an expected manner.
• Overall, you would be responsible for end-to-end architecting from Engineering standpoint.

Must have: -

• Total experience of 8+ years while relevant experience of at least 2 years.
• Have built a platform that handles at least 500k to 1 million data request an hour.
• Worked on building an infrastructure that serves 200k+ customers.
• Hands on coder.
• Expert level knowledge in at least one technology stack - Python or ideally, Java. Also Angular, React, Node.js
• Expert level knowledge with Elastic Search or NoSQL technologies like MongoDB/HBase/Cassandra/Redis/Neo4j
• Experience developing web applications.
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Working knowledge of databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design.
• Devops experience working with AWS / Other cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of API’s.
