Responsibilities

Objective:

• Skilled Technical Consultant with expertise in presales, delivery, and support of Microsoft solutions such as Intune, Azure, and related technologies.
• This role involves assisting with solution design, deployment, migration, and post-implementation support while working closely with customers and internal teams.

Presales

✓ Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design tailored technical solutions for Microsoft products like M365, Intune, Azure as well as other products like Okta, Zoho, Kaspersky, and Freshworks

✓ Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions for M365, O365, Azure,Okta,Zoho,Kaspersky and Freshworks

✓ Assist in creating technical proposals, scope documents, and cost estimations for Microsoft and associated third-party products.

✓ Act as a technical advisor to clients, addressing concerns and questions during the presales phase.

 Delivery

✓ Manage and execute the deployment of M365, O365, , Azure solutions,Okta,Zoho,Kaspersky and Freshworks including tenant\Product setup, configuration, and optimization.

✓ Plan and perform migrations such as O365 to O365 or Azure migrations with minimal downtime.

✓ Customize and integrate Microsoft tools to align with business requirements.

✓ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Support

✓ Provide Level 2 support for Microsoft solutions as well as for Okta,Zoho,Kaspersky and Freshworks, resolving escalated issues for those products and other integrated systems.

✓ Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner, escalating to L3 or vendor support when necessary.

✓ Monitor and manage security solutions (e.g., Kaspersky), ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

✓ Support and maintain ITSM tools (Zoho Ticketing, Freshworks), ensuring effective tracking and resolution of client issues.

Technical Skills

✓ Expertise in M365 and O365 suite: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, AD and other Microsoft Services.

✓ Strong knowledge of Azure services: Virtual Machines, Storage, Identity Management, AD Connec & other Azure Services.

Migrations:

✓ Hands-on experience with O365 tenant-to-tenant migrations & other e-mails services to O365 migration.

✓ Proficiency in Azure migrations, including lift-and-shift or modernization approaches.

Skills Needed

Qualification: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in technical consulting, particularly with Microsoft and ITSM tools.
• Certifications in Microsoft products (e.g., M365, Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator) is must.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Other

• Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite client engagements.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
