The role includes machine setup, tool handling, quality checks, and ensuring production targets are met while following safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate VTL, CNC, VMC, and HMC machines for machining operations
• Set up machines, load programs, and select appropriate tools
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
• Monitor machining processes and make minor adjustments as required
• Perform dimensional inspection using vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Maintain production records and inspection reports
• Identify machine issues, tool wear, or defects and report to supervisors
