We’re seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to help coordinate our marketing team and turn strategic priorities into focused, measurable campaigns.

This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who understands B2B marketing, knows how the pieces of a campaign fit together, and is comfortable working with broad objectives and turning them into an actionable plan for a team of specialists while also seeing it through to completion.

The Role:

The current marketing department includes specialists working across content, digital marketing, design, analytics, social media, and other channels. The Marketing Campaign Manager will serve as the day-to-day point person who works directly with the specialists and keeps their efforts coordinated, prioritized, and focused on our primary objective: generating qualified leads and supporting sales growth.

Working with company leadership, you will help translate broader goals and targets into digital marketing initiatives and campaigns, assign and coordinate deliverables, monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and ensure that marketing activities contribute to business objectives. In other words, you will be the connector bridging organizational leads and broad strategies into actionable and measurable initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bridge marketing strategies and business priorities into actionable campaigns, projects, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate writers, designers, analysts, digital marketers, and other specialists to keep campaigns moving forward.
• Maintain the team's focus on high-priority lead-generation and pipeline objectives.
• Coordinate multi-channel campaigns across paid media, landing pages, email, content, social media, and other relevant channels towards the primary objectives of the business.
• Work with analytics specialists to monitor campaign performance, lead generation, conversions, and other key KPIs.
• Identify campaign bottlenecks, missed deadlines, or competing priorities and help resolve them.
• Provide regular updates to marketing and company leadership on campaign progress, performance, challenges, and opportunities.
• Help build a culture where marketing success is measured by business impact rather than simply by the volume of content or activities completed.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, demand generation, marketing coordination, or a related coordinator role.
• Experience coordinating campaigns involving multiple marketing disciplines and team members.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion funnels, digital campaigns, ad platforms, and B2B sales cycles.
• Ability to take a broad objective and independently translate it into a clear and actionable campaign plan.
• Strong project management, organization, communication, and follow-through.
• Comfortable working with marketing data and using performance metrics to guide priorities and decisions.
• Experience working with sales teams and understanding how marketing contributes to pipeline development.
• Experience in cybersecurity, technology, SaaS, IT services, or another complex B2B industry is an advantage.
