Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design Creation: Develop and design graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, print materials, and other digital platforms.
• Branding: Assist in maintaining and evolving the company’s brand identity through consistent design across all platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
• Concept Development: Generate creative ideas and concepts for projects and present them to stakeholders.
• Feedback Incorporation: Revise designs based on feedback from team members and clients to ensure the final product meets their expectations.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure designs are modern and effective.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

• Create Infographics, brochures, flyers, etc. using Adobe tools
• Convert content in compelling images for Amzurs social channels
• Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills to present the design ideas
• Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, lighting
• Should understand design aesthetics and functionality fundamentals
• Sound understanding of InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong creative and analytical skills
• Understanding of Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets
• Understanding of After effects is a plus but optional
