About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO backlink building, marketing automation, and digital campaign execution. You will play a key role in improving our online visibility, driving qualified traffic, and nurturing leads through automated workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute high-quality backlink acquisition strategies (guest posting, blogger outreach, broken link building, etc.)
• Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows (emails, lead scoring, drip campaigns, retargeting)
• Work with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.) to monitor and improve link-building performance
• Collaborate with content and design teams to develop link-worthy content assets
• Set up and manage campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar
• Track KPIs and generate weekly/monthly performance reports
• Stay updated on SEO and marketing automation trends and algorithm updates.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO/backlinks and marketing automation
• Strong knowledge of white-hat link-building techniques
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and tag management tools
• Excellent written communication skills for outreach and campaign content
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in B2B marketing or SaaS is a plus
• Certification in SEO, Google Ads, or Marketing Automation tools
Roles & Responsibilities :
● Expertise in ON OFF Page SEO activities.
● Identifying and implementing strategies to increase website traffic through organic search listings without being blacklisted.
● Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google and other Search Engines.
● Handling all aspects of SEO, SMO and different ways of link building ● Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
● Technical Analysis and Audit of the website. Good knowledge of Google webmaster Analytics.
● Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
● Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
● Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM ● Should have a good understanding of the digital environment and the opportunities for using social media.
