Technical Project Manager (TPM)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to run execution across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams. You will own delivery, keep teams aligned, and ensure the right things ship at the right time — balancing product roadmap, customer issues, sales priorities, and platform reliability in a fast-moving startup environment.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of engineering and product initiatives

Data Research Analyst (DRA) – Sales

Key Responsibilities:

·        Research and extract relevant business data from various online portals, directories, and platforms.

·        Identify and qualify hot leads that align with our target customer profile.

·        Maintain and update accurate records of leads

·        Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.

·        Continuously monitor lead sources and suggest new opportunities for data gathering.

Requirements:

·        Prior experience in data research, lead generation, or sales support.

·        Able to get the prospect’s email, phone numbers and more.

·        Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

·        Familiarity with sales portals like LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, etc.

Roles:

• Design & implement Backend Services.
• Able to redesign the architecture.
• Designing & implementation of application in MVC & Microservice.
• 9+ years of experience developing service-based applications using Node.js.
• Expert-level skills in developing web applications using JavaScript, CSS and HTML5.
• Experience working on teams that practice BDD (Business Driven Development).
• Understanding of micro-service architecture and RESTful API integration patterns.
• Experience using Node.js for automation and leveraging NPM for package management
• Solid Object Oriented design experience, and creating and leveraging design patterns.

RESPONSIBILITY

·        Determine and define project scope and objectives

·        Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

This candidate will be able to test the code and make adjustments where necessary. They should also have experience in contributing to the whole software design lifecycle.
