Mandatory skills:

What You'll Do
Inbound & Demand Generation (45%)
Create inbound funnels — landing pages, lead magnets, forms • Manage and grow our presence on Clutch, GoodFirms, G2, DesignRush • Qualify inbound leads against our ICP, log in CRM, route to sales • Track CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution weekly
• Build and run Google Ads campaigns targeting founders looking for dev partners (Optional - When required)
Content & Founder/KUMO Brand (45%)
• Work with the founding team to build their LinkedIn presence — draft daily posts, engagement strategy
• Write case studies that turn real client projects into compelling stories • Create 2–3 blog posts/month for kumohq.co (SEO-driven, not fluff) • Write landing page copy, email sequences, and outreach scripts • Build content that drives conversations, not just impressions
Sales Support (10%)
