Human Resource Analytics Specialist

MTX Group Inc. is seeking a motivated Human Resource Analytics Specialist to join our team. MTX Group Inc. is a global implementation partner enabling organizations to become fit enterprises. The MavQ Platform includes Smart Asset Detection and Monitoring, Chatbot Services, Document Verification, to name a few.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the leadership team to support deliverables for special projects related to firm People Strategy (e.g., diversity, retention, etc.)
•    Frame key issues
•    Design analytic approach to address
•    Execute analysis
• Communicate insights and implications to key stakeholders
• Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors practices, and other sources.
• Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
• Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
• Spearhead innovative analyses to drive business decisions and measure the success of firm programs and initiatives (e.g., analyze exit survey results; analyze key drivers of performance through analyzing the correlation between performance trends and potential drivers; etc.)
• Point of contact and subject matter expert for ad hoc people data and analytics requests
• Partner with firm’s People Functions (Recruiting, Learning & Development, Career Development, Staffing, Core HR, and Career Services) to support ongoing operational analytics efforts (e.g., recruiting funnel analysis; performance trends analysis; hours and staff utilization analysis; developing a model to identify employees eligible for bonus time off; etc.)
• Ensure best practices are followed for data capture and tracking
• Identify data capture and analytics efficiency improvements as the firm scales and grows and collaborate with teams to implement
• Design and service Tableau dashboards and other tools for visualizing data; support functional team usage
• Lead systems assessment and implementation as needs arise (e.g., applicant tracking system, HRIS system, learning management system, etc.)
• Ensure targeted communication and capacity-building programs in the performance management process to enable managers to effectively evaluate and measure individual and team performance and to optimize performance and productivity.

What you will bring:

• 7+ years of experience in an analytical role (HR experience or internal/external consulting experience preferred)
• Experience in related areas such as job classification and compensation, recruitment, selection, training, employee benefits, and/or equal opportunity compliance preferred.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Superb analytical skills; hands-on experience analyzing and deriving insight from large datasets
• Expert PPT and Excel skills
• Experience with HRIS
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to develop strategic recommendations
• Team-oriented: strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders
• Professional and demonstrates integrity at all times
