Responsibilities:
- Partner with the leadership team to support deliverables for special projects related to firm People Strategy (e.g., diversity, retention, etc.)
- Frame key issues

- Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors practices, and other sources.
- Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
- Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Spearhead innovative analyses to drive business decisions and measure the success of firm programs and initiatives (e.g., analyze exit survey results; analyze key drivers of performance through analyzing the correlation between performance trends and potential drivers; etc.)
- Point of contact and subject matter expert for ad hoc people data and analytics requests
- Partner with firm’s People Functions (Recruiting, Learning & Development, Career Development, Staffing, Core HR, and Career Services) to support ongoing operational analytics efforts (e.g., recruiting funnel analysis; performance trends analysis; hours and staff utilization analysis; developing a model to identify employees eligible for bonus time off; etc.)
- Ensure best practices are followed for data capture and tracking
- Identify data capture and analytics efficiency improvements as the firm scales and grows and collaborate with teams to implement
- Design and service Tableau dashboards and other tools for visualizing data; support functional team usage
- Lead systems assessment and implementation as needs arise (e.g., applicant tracking system, HRIS system, learning management system, etc.)
- Ensure targeted communication and capacity-building programs in the performance management process to enable managers to effectively evaluate and measure individual and team performance and to optimize performance and productivity.
What you will bring:
- 7+ years of experience in an analytical role (HR experience or internal/external consulting experience preferred)
