Responsibilities

Position Overview:

1. We are looking for a technically competent IMPLEMENTATION Specialist – Server and Storage Portfolio to support the channel sales team and partners in delivering technical solutioning for enterprise-grade hardware systems.
2. We have 3 positions
3. Implementation Experience on HPE Server and Storage
4. Implementation Experience on Hitachi Vistara Server and Storage
5. Implementation Experience on IBM Server and Storage

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical solution expertise for the Server and Storage portfolio to partners and customers.
• Deliver technical demonstrations, POCs, and architecture designs.
• Enable partners through technical training and enablement sessions.
• Assist partners in responding to technical requirements in RFPs and proposals.
• Collaborate with OEM technical teams to understand hardware specifications, integrations, and deployments.
• Support partners in articulating technical solutions and differentiators to customers.

Skills Needed

Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/computer science / IT.

Key Skills & Experience

• Implementation (Installation, Configuration, Deployment or upgradation) Experience on Server and Storage
• 3–6 years of Total Experience with 1-2 yrs of pre-sales or solution consulting experience in Servers and Storage.
• Strong technical understanding of servers, storage systems, networking devices, and infrastructure appliances.
• Ability to design hardware solution architectures and deployment plans.
• Strong communication, demo, and documentation skills.

1. Lead Nurturing and Qualification

• Engage with inbound leads from various channels such as website inquiries, social media, email campaigns, and referrals.
• Qualify leads based on their business needs, project scope, and budget.
• Identify key decision-makers and establish rapport with them.

2. Proposal Creation and Customization

• Understand client requirements for website development and digital marketing services, such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, or branding.
• Work with internal teams to craft customized proposals that outline strategies, deliverables, timelines, and costs.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of the company’s services to address client pain points and goals.

3. Effective Sales Meetings and Pitches

• Conduct virtual or in-person meetings to present proposals, demonstrate capabilities, and address client queries.
• Build trust and establish the company as a strategic partner for the client’s digital transformation journey.

4. Negotiation and Deal Closure

• Negotiate contracts and pricing to create win-win solutions while ensuring alignment with the company’s profitability targets.
• Overcome objections and instill confidence in clients to proceed with the project.
• Ensure timely closure of deals to meet sales targets.

5. Sales Pipeline Management

• Maintain an updated CRM system with all sales activities, follow-ups, and client interactions.
• Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and closures.

6. Collaboration and Handover

• Work closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure smooth handover of new clients and alignment of deliverables.
• Ensure clients’ expectations are clearly communicated to internal teams for flawless execution.

7. Client Relationship Building

• Foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase and ensure a positive experience.

Position: PHP Sr. Software Engineer

Exp: 4-8 Years

Location: Noida,Sec-62

As a PHP developer, you must possess in-depth knowledge of Core PHP concepts with

object-oriented programming, design pattern such as MVC, MVP, writing queries against

popular RDBMS(s), and strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML,

JavaScript, and CSS.

Responsibilities:

Analysis of requirements.

Turning requirements into functionalities using PHP, Cake PHP, JavaScript, HTML, & CSS.

Troubleshooting application and code issues.

Updating and altering application features to enhance performance.

PHP Developer Requirements:

A degree in computer science B.Sc. (IT), BCA, MCA, B.E., B.Tech.

Total Exp-6-9 Yrs

Location-Noida(Singapore Travel - In next 3 Months (short term)

Mandatory:

• 6-8 years of total IT experience delivering enterprise-scale applications or product implementations
• 1-3 years of experience working as a technical lead.
• Working Experience in ISO20022, SWIFT, Remittance
• Language & Frameworks: Java, Spring Boot, Spring, Any ORM

Preferred:

• Working experience in TCS Bancs or Integration with TCS Bancs
