We are seeking an experienced Project Release Manager to lead end-to-end release management for software and SaaS products. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market (GTM), Customer Success, Support, and Operations to ensure successful, high-quality releases that deliver measurable business value. Key Responsibilities
Release Leadership & Execution
- Lead end-to-end release readiness across Product, Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, Support, and Operations.
- Own release delivery against timelines, quality standards, adoption goals, and business impact objectives.
- Drive alignment, accountability, and execution across multiple concurrent releases.
- Plan, monitor, and coordinate release activities to ensure successful product launches.
AI-Enabled Delivery
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, automation, and analytics platforms) to improve release planning, risk identification, and reporting.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows to enhance efficiency, visibility, and decision-making.
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize release management processes using Generative AI.
Business Value & Outcomes
- Define and monitor release success metrics (KPIs) related to revenue, customer adoption, user experience, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure releases align with business strategy and organizational priorities.
- Measure and report post-release outcomes, highlighting value realization and continuous improvement opportunities.
Customer & Organizational Readiness
- Ensure teams are prepared to sell, implement, support, and adopt new product releases.
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to develop enablement plans, release communications, and support readiness.
- Gather and incorporate customer feedback into future release planning.
Cross-Functional Program Management
- Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Lead issue resolution, escalation management, and release governance.

Required Qualifications
Experience
- 7+ years of Program or Project Management experience in software product or SaaS organizations.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional release or product delivery initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in driving programs that deliver measurable business outcomes and customer value.
Technical & AI Skills
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, automation platforms, or analytics tools to improve delivery efficiency.
- Ability to leverage technology for better planning, reporting, and decision-making.

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Handle confidential correspondence and documents with the utmost discretion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas as required.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the executive.
