EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT Skills & Requirements • Excellent written, communication and presentation skills • Past experience working as an executive assistant for CEOs/CXOs is preferred • Ability to work and make decisions independently • Detail oriented with great planning capabilities Job Description: • Compose and prepare presentations, draft e-mails • Plan and schedule business meetings, conferences, travels and calendars of the founders • Attend meetings and phone calls on behalf of the founders, take detailed notes, and schedule follow-ups with clients • Summarize the reports and keep documents at hand when required • Track key metrics across teams to enable the founders and leadership team to keep track of the health of the company • Handle high pressured situations, deadlines and multi-faced tasks • Can perform multiple tasks at a single time.
