Job Description

Role: OTC Specialist – Order to Cash (OTC)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain customer master data in the ERP system.
• Handle customer invoicing and billing activities.
• Perform cash application and payment allocation.
• Generate and process dunning reports for overdue payments.
• Investigate customer account discrepancies and coordinate with customers or clients for resolution.
• Perform account reconciliation and support month-end closing activities.
• Manage periodic contract pricing updates.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of OTC transactions.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in OTC processes, preferably in Accounts Receivable.
• Exposure to Finance & Accounting (F&A) processes.
• Knowledge of customer master data management, invoicing, cash application, and dunning.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP applications is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of VBA or Macros will be an added advantage.
