Job Description – MarTech Integration Engineer (Braze Development)

Job Title: MarTech Integration Engineer

Experience: 5–9 Years

Location: Chennai | Bangalore | Hyderabad | Pune | Gurgaon (Hybrid – 2 Days WFO)

About the Role

We are looking for a MarTech Integration Engineer with strong expertise in Braze Development, Braze Operations, and Backend Development to build and support enterprise-scale customer engagement solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing Braze integrations, implementing SDKs, building backend services and APIs, instrumenting customer events, and managing day-to-day Braze operations including Canvas journeys, audience segmentation, campaign execution, and personalization.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver scalable, data-driven customer experiences by integrating Braze with CDP platforms, Databricks, and backend applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade Braze integrations.
• Implement and configure Braze SDKs across web and desktop applications.
• Build backend services and REST APIs to support Braze integrations and customer engagement workflows.
• Own Braze Operations including campaign setup, Canvas journeys, audience segmentation, message scheduling, and campaign execution.
• Design and implement event tracking, user attributes, custom events, and session instrumentation.
• Configure multi-channel campaigns across Email, Push Notifications, and In-App Messaging.
• Develop dynamic customer journeys using Braze Canvas.
• Implement Connected Content, Liquid Templates, REST APIs, and Webhooks for personalized messaging.
• Design scalable event schemas and customer data models.
• Build SQL queries and data models in Databricks for audience creation and campaign targeting.
• Integrate Braze with Hightouch or similar Reverse ETL/CDP platforms.
• Support A/B testing, multivariate testing, and campaign performance optimization.
• Monitor campaign health, event delivery, and integration reliability.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Data Engineering, and Backend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure data privacy, consent management, and customer identity resolution across platforms.

Job Description

• Design technical specifications for RPA (Blue Prism) that meets the requirements and handled all the non functional requirements of concurrency, scalability, security requirements, restart and recovery.
• Develops and configures automation processes as per the technical design document to meet the defined requirements. Works on the coding the more complicated automations or reusable components, and delegates and mentors junior developers for the less complex components.
• Develops new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
• Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensures documentation is well maintained.
• Ensures quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing.
• Works collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality.
• Reports status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis
• Improves skills in automation products by completing automation certification.
• Mentors junior developers and performs code reviews for quality control.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering / Computer Science

Additional Information

•  5- 8 years of IT experience and having good understanding of programming concepts.  Should be from a programming background on any coding language (.Net, Java).
• Working experience in RPA for a minimum of 2 years and having project experience of a minimum 3 RPA implementations.
• Understands development methodology and lifecycle
• Should be trained on RPA tools (Blue Prism).

Position: Backend Engineer

Job Location: Bangalore ( office near cubbon park - opp JW marriott)

Work Mode : 5 days work from office 

Requirements:

● Engineering graduate with 3-5 years of experience in software product development.

● Proficient in Python, Node.js, Go

● Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL

● Strong Experience in designing and building APIs

● Experience with working on scalable interactive web applications

● A clear understanding of software design constructs and their implementation

● Understanding of the threading limitations of Python and multi-process architecture

● Experience implementing Unit and Integration testing

● Exposure to the Finance domain is preferred

● Strong written and oral communication skills
