Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Architect with 8–15 years of experience for a prestigious high-end commercial/residential project located at Worli. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and hands-on expertise in architectural software tools. This is a strategic role, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about design excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee design development, coordination, and execution of architectural projects
- Prepare detailed working drawings, 3D models, and construction documents
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure design intent and timelines are met
- Conduct site visits and provide support during execution stages
- Ensure all design outputs align with statutory and client requirements
Required Skills & Software Proficiency:
Mandatory:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Highly Proficient In:
- Revit
- BIM workflows
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray or equivalent rendering tools
- Strong understanding of detailing, material usage, and construction techniques
Qualifications & Experience:
- B. Arch or M. Arch from a recognized institution
- 8–15 years of architectural experience, preferably in high-end commercial or residential projects
