Position : Senior Flutter Developer

Location : Gurugram, India (Immediate Joining)

Job Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and build advanced mobile apps for Android & iOS using Flutter.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive user interfaces.
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services into apps.
• Write clean, maintainable code and perform tests for robustness.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness in all apps.

Requirements :

• 4+ Years of experience in Flutter app development.
• Proficient in Dart with strong object-oriented programming skills.
• Experience with Android/iOS mobile development (native or cross-platform).
• Familiarity with Firebase, RESTful APIs, and version control tools (Git).
• Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.
• Experience with state management (Bloc, Provider, GetX) and Agile methodologies.

2. You have a prior software development/electronics/embedded background.

5. You can handle both the software & hardware QA of the product.
6. You have prior software & hardware testing experience.

• Provides day to day support for the strategy team such as conducting research, analyzing competitive, trendspotting, and helping to shape creative briefs.
• Performing/compiling research on existing and potential ventures/brands.
• Assisting with the creation of internal and external marketing materials such as case studies, briefing documents, proposals and pitch decks.
• Design new business models, products, services, value propositions and consumer experiences that differentiate our ventures from our competition.
• Design organizational structures, strategic assets, and operating models to help our ventures drive their own innovation.
• Be part of designing, iterating and scaling a new venture that creates new income potential for the business.
• Develop financial models demonstrating the feasibility of recommendations.
• Craft impeccable business plans / proposals taking into account all the aspects of a business including but not limited to -- Business Modeling, Business Strategy, Marketing, Manpower, Funding & Finance, Sales etc.
• Collaborate closely with team members across disciplines.

• YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE- Fresher / Some relevant Experience would be an added advantage
• EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION- Bachelors/ Masters Degree/ Diploma/ Certification in Business / Finance / Technology / Design Strategy / Marketing or other relevant fields.
• SOFTWARE & APPLICATION- MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint / Google Sheets, Docs.

Profile:

We are looking for a Backend Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.You'll be working alongside other engineers and developers, collaborating on the various layers of the infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand the lifecycle of a web app fully - browser-side, server-side, scalability, performance.
• Design, develop and own components of the product.
• Programming - ability to read/write enterprise quality code and make the right decision.
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively, to solve the problems and build, extend, optimize and refactor the back-end architecture.
• Generalist programmer with the ability to quickly learn and use new languages.
• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
• At ease working with a Unix based system.
• Has worked with AWS/AmazonSES/EC2/Beanstalk/S3 storage.

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of AWS, NodeJS, MySql, ExpressJS, Angular 2.
• Strong Programming background with an understanding of the flow of the product.
• Understanding of adaptive and responsive design, and the combination of them.
• A clear understanding of data structures, algorithms, and databases.
• Has completely built a product before including deployment and connecting with the front-end.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving.
• Can write maintainable, clean code and enforce it through code reviews.
• Maintains good documentation with the code written each day.
• A capability for a great learning curve.
