Job Title: Lead Engineer – Generative AI

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI to lead the design and development of scalable, intelligent systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, strong reasoning ability, and leadership skills to guide teams in building next-generation AI-driven solutions.

This role requires hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks, full-stack development, and cloud technologies, along with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving technologies.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead the architecture, design, and development of AI-powered applications and platforms.

● Drive the implementation of Generative AI solutions, including LLM-based systems and agentic workflows.

● Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for AI and Data & Analytics initiatives.

● Design and implement scalable and efficient LLM orchestration pipelines.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data, and engineering.

● Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and AI integration.

● Deliver high-quality data products and analytics-ready solutions for stakeholders.

● Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies in AI/ML and cloud ecosystems.

● Ensure system performance, scalability, and security across all deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

● 6+ years of experience in Python and React development

● 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML / Generative AI

● 4+ years of experience in AWS and SQL (PostgreSQL preferred)

Technical Skills

● Strong expertise in:

○ LangChain & LangGraph

○ Large Language Models (LLMs)

○ LLM orchestration & agentic AI systems

○ Python (backend development & AI integration)

○ React & Node.js (full-stack development)

○ PostgreSQL and database design

○ AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, Bedrock, Sagemaker, etc.)

○ OCR technologies and document processing

● Solid understanding of:

○ AI system design patterns

○ Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

○ Vector databases and embeddings

Leadership & Core Competencies

● Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills

● Proven ability to lead and mentor teams

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Technical Support Engineer with 2 years of experience in Active Directory and Windows Server administration. The ideal candidate will provide technical support for user account management, authentication, and directory services while assisting in maintaining a secure and stable IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Active Directory–related incidents and requests.

Create, modify, and disable user accounts, groups, and organizational units (OUs) in Active Directory.

Manage password resets, account unlocks, and access permissions as per company policies.

Support and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, and DHCP configurations.

Troubleshoot login issues, replication errors, and system access problems.

Assist in Windows Server administration and patch updates.

Work closely with senior engineers to implement security and compliance standards.

Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.

Provide remote and onsite support for internal users and IT systems when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

1–2 years of hands-on experience in Active Directory administration or technical support.

Knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environment.

Familiar with DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Management.

Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls).

Experience with PowerShell or command-line tools (preferred).

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced IT support environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft certifications such as MCSA, SC-300, or Azure Administrator Associate (optional but preferred).

Exposure to Azure Active Directory / Microsoft 365 user management.

Experience using ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)..

• 7+ years of experience in IT
• Demonstrable expertise in Golang development services, including a deep understanding of its syntax, advanced features, and standard library
• Familiarity with Go routines and channel patterns, as well as experience in writing high-performance Go code
• Solid grasp of web development fundamentals, including HTTP/HTTPS protocols, RESTful API design, data structures, and WebSockets
• Experience with designing and implementing microservices in Go and an understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes

JD:

• 10+ years of experience in preparing, reviewing, revising, and maintaining the software technical documents and Saas product documentation.
• Experience in reviewing the user interface (UI), partner with UX designers to suggest ways to make the UI intuitive, and provide content that can be embedded in the UI.
• Experience in performing independent research to understand a product and the needs of customers and stakeholders.
• Experience writing/editing troubleshooting, procedural, and reference information.
• Understands software terminology and has basic knowledge of working with software development teams.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Ability to quickly learn and evaluate new technologies and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
