Job Description: Business Development Manager – UCC Business (Delhi)

Location: Delhi NCR

Requirement

• Strong understanding  and exposure to selling of UCC (unified collaboration communication and AV (Audio-Visual) industry, including professional AV solutions, collaboration technologies, digital signage, video conferencing, and UCC  enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience in managing channel partners, system integrators (SIs), AV resellers, and enterprise accounts.
• Good relationships with AV channel partners, SIs, consultants, and AV vendors in the Delhi NCR region.
• Good commercial understanding of distribution business, pricing, margins, channel programs, and deal management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• A team player with a strong learning mindset and ability to drive business independently.
• Ability to execute regional business plans and achieve sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive UCC / AV business growth in the Delhi NCR region through channel partners, system integrators, and AV resellers.
• Engage regularly with channel partners, SIs, consultants, and vendor sales teams to identify and develop business opportunities.
• Understand vendor GTM strategies and execute regional business plans aligned with overall business objectives.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, enable, and develop new UCC/AV partners in the assigned territory.
• Conduct partner training programs, product demonstrations, customer presentations, and enablement activities.
• Execute demand generation, marketing campaigns, partner events, and channel activation programs to generate incremental revenue.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, track opportunities, drive closures, and increase market share for assigned AV brands.
• Work closely with pre-sales, technical teams, marketing, product management, operations, and vendor teams to ensure successful opportunity conversion.
• Lead commercial negotiations with partners and vendors to achieve favorable business outcomes.
• Ensure timely order closures, forecasting accuracy, partner engagement, and business reporting.
• Achieve assigned targets for revenue, gross margin, profitability, partner activation, and other business KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities in the AV and collaboration market.

Role Overview

1. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and drafting systems for Technical Proposals brought in by the sales team, ensuring that quotes are technically correct before submitting to clients.
2. Preparation of proposal based on the RFP / RFQ docs and Understand the CAD drawing.
3. Generate BOQ, Compliance Statement, system descriptions, schematic drawings, material / technical submittal, system programming such as Crestron, Extron, Bose and other OEM products etc.
4. Provide sales and technical staff with technical support on both a pre- and post-sales basis
5. Communicate and interact with internal employees, clients and colleagues in a professional and timely manner.
6. Conduct or attend a Site visit and Site surveys when needed.
7. Develop and maintain knowledge of current and new technologies that company offers.
